Jelly Roll's felon past is coming back to haunt him -- at least according to him ... 'cause he says it can be hard getting around sometimes as a result of it.

The country singer spoke with Jon Bon Jovi for a new piece for Interview Magazine, where he admitted he's had trouble of late booking his international tour ... but not because of a lack of interest from fans overseas -- it all has to do with his rap sheet.

He explained ... "It’s funny, America has finally agreed to let me leave and give me a passport, but some countries won’t let me come because of my felonies. We're working on that."

Lil Durk says his rehab stint was very successful, and the best path to changing his outlook on life -- so, now he's eager to do the same for other addicts suffering in his community.

The Chicago rap star got very candid, speaking to a photog in Malibu about his rehab journey, which he says involved ridding his system of codeine and Xanax.

Durk endured a rocky 2023 ... despite releasing a gold-selling album and platinum single with J. Cole, he also spent a week in the hospital, causing him to miss several shows that could've propelled the album even higher.

Different kind of wake-and-bake for Hunter Biden ... at least that's what his ex-girlfriend claimed on the stand, alleging he'd light up a crack pipe upon waking up in his drug days.

Hunter's ex, Zoe Kestan, testified in court out in Delaware Wednesday in the President's son's federal gun trial ... with her testimony touching on a lot of Hunter's alleged drug habits while they were together years ago.

Zoe testified Hunter's crack use was near constant in private and that he "would want to smoke as soon as he woke up." On the flip side, she also says he was universally liked while out in public ... telling jurors he was "charming."

4:22 PM PT -- And just like that, the FDA advisers who were mulling over using ecstasy to treat people with PTSD just suggested it ain't happening ... voting against it.

In a 10-1 vote -- with the one person voting for MDMA's use -- the recommendation fell flat ... although the FDA has the final decision. They often run with the committee's vote.

A pharmaceutical version of MDMA, also known as midomafetamine, could become a new treatment for PTSD ... as advisers for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration are considering whether to recommend it for approval.

The panel gathered Tuesday to discuss a treatment developed by Lykos Therapeutics ... which has conducted 2 controlled trials to test how MDMA might help those suffering from PTSD, in addition to therapy.

Of course, MDMA is more widely known as the party drug molly, or ecstasy.

Kevin Costner reflected on his first encounter with cocaine early in his career -- and by the sound of it, he didn't stay sniffing for very long.

On Monday's episode of Dax Shepard's "Armchair Expert," Kevin revealed this whole experience went down during his stage manager days at L.A.'s Raleigh Studios back in the '80s, while he was still searching for his big break as an actor.

Kevin recounted how a team of electricians arrived to rewire a stage at the studios for a higher-budget project, and he pitched in to help during the 3-week-long job.

Move over Donald Trump, it's now Hunter Biden's time to go to court.

President Joe Biden's son is on trial in Delaware, where federal prosecutors previously indicted Hunter on gun charges. Hunter showed up at a Wilmington courthouse bright and early Monday, and jury selection is currently underway.

The Bidens are making history here ... Hunter's trial is the first ever involving the child of a sitting president.

Nicki Minaj's claims that cops went after her because of her race are under fire ... with the police organization calling BS on her telling of the situation.

The Dutch Military Police addressed comments Nicki made during a recent live stream on the popular social media app Stationhead ... where she straight-up said cops went after her because she's part of a "confident other race."

Minnesota State Patrol tells TMZ Sports a trooper pulled over the 36-year-old defensive end for allegedly going 82 MPH in a 55 MPH zone in Minneapolis around 11:35 PM on Tuesday.

According to the criminal complaint, cops say they could smell alcohol in the vehicle -- which had two people inside -- and Griffen had "slightly watery eyes." When asked when his last drink was, he said around 1 PM.

The family of a one-year-old is gunning to sue one of the biggest child care companies in the country ... this after cops say their toddler tested positive for cocaine after being at one of their facilities.

B'Ivory LaMarr -- an attorney repping Kimberly Hopson, the mother of the alleged child victim here -- tells TMZ ... the Hopson family plans to file a lawsuit against KinderCare Learning Centers for what they claim amounts to child neglect at the facility.

Nicki Minaj says she's already planning to reschedule her canceled concert in England after her drug arrest Saturday ... while also apologizing to her many fans.

In a message posted to X Sat night, the rapper explained she finally arrived at her Manchester hotel after spending about 6 hours in an Amsterdam jail.

Nicki appeared to blame military police officers for making her nix her show after they busted her for "soft drugs" at Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport ... as she live-streamed the incident using her phone. She says the drugs in question were pre-rolled joints and claims they were her security guard's ... not hers.

1:46 PM PT -- Despite fans' high hopes, it appears the concert in Manchester's been canceled ... with some sharing a notice they say they received at the venue on X.

1:03 PM PT -- It appears Nicki Minaj's been released from custody ... the police department put out a statement saying it had released a 41-year-old American from custody with just a €350 fine. While again they don't name Nicki, it appears they're referring to her.

Nicki Minaj's flight out of Amsterdam didn't proceed as planned ... 'cause cops detained her on her way to the UK -- and, now, she's seemingly been arrested.

Devin Haney's father Bill Haney, who also serves as his coach, wants Ryan Garcia out of the sport of boxing forever ... telling TMZ Sports he believes the star fighter's flunked drug tests should lead to a lifetime ban.

Bill made the comments to us on Friday ... some 24 hours after Garcia's B-sample came back positive for Ostarine -- a banned substance. His A-sample previously tested positive for the same PED weeks prior. Garcia initially took the tests on April 19, the day before he beat Devin in an instant classic at the Barclays Center in New York.

Bill said the two tests show Garcia is, indeed, a cheater -- and he's now calling for boxing to turn its back on the 25-year-old for good.

Matthew Perry's death is mobilizing multiple federal agencies -- TMZ has learned the DEA's now getting assistance from the U.S. Postal Inspection Service in its efforts to find the person who gave the actor the ketamine that killed him.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the USPS' federal investigatory authorities are now involved in the probe, and looking into whether Matthew acquired any drugs through the mail. We're told the postal inspectors are offering their expertise -- including their ability to track packages and other mail-related investigation tools.

Kathryn Dennis is facing some serious legal trouble after getting busted Monday night for driving under the influence in South Carolina ... TMZ has learned.

Cops in Goose Creek, SC booked the former "Southern Charm" star after they say she was involved in a 3-car collision. In documents obtained by TMZ, a responding officer described Kathryn's alleged state at the accident scene as appearing impaired with "glossy eyes and an odor of alcohol coming from her person."

This is her first offense with drinking and driving ... though it isn't her first run-in with the law.
