Dr. Oz is being dragged to court by an L.A. Armenian meat market owner ... claiming the former TV doc falsely tied her shop to massive healthcare fraud and the mafia in a viral video.

According to a new lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Anna Ivanyan, who owns Tigranakert Meat Market in Van Nuys, says Oz trashed her reputation by featuring her business in a clip about alleged fraud in the Armenian community.

In late January ... Oz posted a video across social media showing him riding in a car and posing outside businesses, claiming billions of dollars in healthcare fraud -- including alleged hospice schemes -- are tied to what he describes as the “Russian Armenian Mafia.”

Actress Taryn Manning was facing legal issues in court weeks before her epic fight with her on-again, off-again girlfriend, Holly Hartman, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the "8 Mile" actress was sued by a company named PDS Adjustment for breach of contract in January 2026. 

Per an agreement between the parties, Taryn was allegedly supposed to pay the company 20% of any payment she received from her insurance company over water loss at her $1.3 million mansion in Palm Springs, California. 

Johnny Depp's band Hollywood Vampires is being dragged in federal court in Texas over a concert they canceled in Europe ... but they're fighting the suit, and calling for it to be tossed out of court.

A concert promoter in Bratislava, Slovakia, is suing Hollywood Vampires ... alleging Depp, Alice Cooper and Joe Perry bailed on a July 2023 concert despite being paid around $277K in advance and never returning the money ... according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

But, in new legal docs, Hollywood Vampires is firing back ... claiming the lawsuit should be dismissed due to a lack of personal jurisdiction. In other words, the band says the concert promoter didn't establish that the federal court in Texas had the power to deal with the case.

Cops say eyewitnesses told them Webber shot Wells in Maryland, then asked them for help pushing his body out of the car. Officers say these eyewitnesses told them they refused, and they got out of Webber's car before he drove off. He was later arrested in Virginia.

According to court docs obtained by ESPN, Webber and Wells got into a "heated argument" about "drugs, guns and a woman" before the shooting.
