Here Comes Honey Boo Boo

Honey Boo Boo's papa Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson got himself a boo boo of his own yesterday... busting up his foot in a freak "mud boggin'" accident ... TMZ has learned.

For you city folk out there -- "mud boggin'" is basically when you take an off-road vehicle and race it through the mud. It's pretty awesome ... in a redneck sorta way.

Sugar Bear was boggin' his ATV at the time of the accident -- it's unclear if Sugar Bear broke any bones in the wreck ... but he was spotted rockin' a fresh pair of crutches outside of his Georgia home yesterday.

BTW -- nice pants.

Of course, an accident was bound to happen -- Sugar Bear and his buddies get up to some pretty insane ATV shenanigans ... just check this clip.

Honey Boo Boo's mother June isn't fazed by the millions of pretentious snobs who scoff at her and her family -- telling TMZ Live, "For every person that's hating on us, there's three people that love us."

June "Mama" Shannon called in moments ago ... and we asked if she was irked by all the holier-than-thous crawling out of the woodwork, critiquing the new TLC reality show "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" as redneck trash.

June says she isn't bothered one bit ... because "a lot of people relate to us."

And as far as June is concerned, the haters are only giving her show more momentum -- "It's weird that haters know more about our show than our amazing fans."

June Shannon, the epic stage mom of Honey Boo Boo, scoffed at reports her family makes a measly $4,000 an episode.

We spoke with June ... after a report claimed the family was making between $2k and $4K an episode -- a figure than seems small given 3 million people are hooked on "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo."

When we spoke with June she laughed out loud at the report saying it was wrong, making it clear her family is raking in a good deal more -- though she would not be specific.

June said as far as she's concerned, "We're making memories to last a lifetime."

America's new favorite mother/daughter TV sensation, Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson and June "Mama" Shannon were spotted shooting final scenes of the first season of their reality show "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" in Georgia this weekend.

The six-year-old Honey Boo Boo Child and her 33-year-old Mama became stars after originally appearing on "Toddlers and Tiaras" earlier this year.
