Alana Thompson, AKA Honey Boo Boo, has grown up right before our very eyes ... and now Mama June is getting ready to send her youngest kid off to college!

We caught up with the reality TV star in NYC and she gave us an update on a few of her daughters ... touching on Alana's plans now that she's reached the end of her high school years.

Mama June tells us, Honey Boo Boo will most definitely be going to college, however, she kept the school under wraps over privacy concerns.

Alana went all out for prom last month in Georgia ... posing with her date, 21-year-old BF Dralin Carswell. They made a grand entrance with the help of a horse and buggy. It's now the preferred mode of transportation ... Dralin was arrested for DUI a month before following a police chase in her car.

Mama June supports her daughter's choices whether it be college or boyfriends ... she can date as she pleases since she's not a kid anymore.

Mama June is putting in the work to help her daughter Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell following her scary cancer diagnosis, TMZ has learned ... stepping up despite not having much of a relationship for several years.

Family sources tell TMZ ... June and Anna were slowly working on building back their relationship about a year ago, but Anna's recent stage 4 adrenal carcinoma diagnosis has rapidly brought the pair even closer.

You'll recall, Anna spoke out in 2021 about cutting ties with June, saying she started to keep her distance when her mom was romantically involved with Mark McDaniel -- someone Anna claims sexually assaulted her when she was a kid.

We're told June immediately knew she had to be there for her daughter after the diagnosis, and feels the past is simply in the past -- she's now doing whatever she can to help, including watching Anna's kids.

Our sources say June's also been going to Anna's appointments with her ... and wants her daughter to know she has a support system.

TMZ broke the story, Anna was initially complaining about stomachaches -- going through a series of tests in January, which is when the cancer was discovered on her liver, kidney, and lung.

She's been undergoing chemo and has already lost some hair in the process -- regardless, she's still fighting hard.

Anna was present for her mom's wedding with Justin Stroud back in February, just a month after her diagnosis ... so it appears their relationship is mending fast.

Family sources tell TMZ ... 28-year-old Anna recently underwent her first round of chemo and her hair's coming out in chunks. Her hair, however, is almost beside the point, as she battles adrenal carcinoma cancer that has spread to her lungs, kidney and liver.

Despite the diagnosis, we're told Anna has a positive outlook ... she's dealing with the hair loss by shopping for a wig. Again, it's not her primary focus.

Anna's taking steps in every way, including changing her diet -- cutting out sugars and eating more protein. She's having difficulty eating because of numbness in her tongue.

It sounds like the chemo is also changing Anna's sleep pattern ... we're told she's exhausted and sleeping throughout the day but is having trouble sleeping at night.

Family sources tell TMZ ... 28-year-old Anna was diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal carcinoma in January. She initially was complaining about stomachaches and a series of tests were conducted, which is when the cancer was discovered in her liver, kidney and lung.

We're told she underwent her first round of chemotherapy last month, already losing hair as a result. Doctors are waiting to see how she reacts to the treatment before they make further decisions. Her family is "very hopeful" she'll pull through.

Anna's fam has been stepping up during the uncertainty ... we're told they've pulled together to help take care of Anna and her two kids, 10-year-old Kaitlyn and 7-year-old Kylee.

Mama June's ex-BF Geno Doak has relapsed, TMZ has learned ... this after spending 9 months trying to get better in rehab.

Geno tells TMZ ... he left his South Carolina rehab facility after hitting 9 months clean back in June. He says he left in good standing with a certificate of completion -- but regretfully relapsed on alcohol last week.

As for why, Geno says the addict in him told him a drink wouldn't hurt, adding he convinced himself he was doing good -- the fact it was alcohol and not drugs seemed innocent enough to him.

He tells us he hasn't had another drink since last week's incident, and doesn't plan on having one -- but adds he isn't going back to rehab. Instead, Geno says he's going to continue to apply what he learned and continue to attend AA meetings.

As we reported, Geno told us he tried to kill himself last year by chasing 90 blood pressure pills with a liter of Jägermeister ... and says after telling June about the OD, she referred him to the SC rehab center.

He has an active arrest warrant from 2021, after failing to show up to his community corrections program -- part of his sentence in a 2019 crack cocaine case. Macon County Sheriff André Brunson told us while Geno was in rehab, they weren't going to pull him from the program.

Since leaving, the Macon County Court Clerk confirms his criminal case is still active ... and Geno says he's working on a resolution.

What was supposed to be a regular visit to the doctor has turned into a serious health issue for Mama June -- she's been hospitalized, and specialists are working to figure out exactly what's wrong.

The reality star tells TMZ she had a routine checkup Monday, but relayed to her doctor she's been having severe headaches and dizziness as of late ... which was apparently enough to cause alarm, so her doc made the decision to admit her to the hospital.

Mama June tells us she's been in the hospital ever since her initial appointment, and has undergone a series of scans and tests, while everyone tries to figure out a diagnosis.

At this point, Mama June says she doesn't know what's wrong.

While she's struggled with addiction in the past, MJ tells us she has NOT relapsed ... and whatever is going on with her current medical situation is not substance-induced.

Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson's finally ready to flaunt an amazing makeover -- delayed for months due to a possible cancer discovery -- and he's truly looking like a new man!!!

As you can see, Honey Boo Boo's father got a massive overhaul, which included a hair transplant, botox, and dental surgery ... according to his manager, Gina Rodriguez.

This was no SuperCuts job either, Sugar Bear's new 'do required a visit to Jacques Abrahamian at LA FUE Hair Clinic in Pasadena ... where he got more than 3,500 FUE grafts to restore the top half of his scalp.

The procedure, which takes individual follicles from other parts of the body to the scalp, can set someone back $30K.

Sugar Bear also hit Bev Hills for 75 units of Botox from Dr. David Saadat, who injected his eyebrows, forehead and those pesky crow's feet.

As for the new pearly whites ... Dr. Joseph Goodman of Beverly Hills removed 20 teeth and replaced them with top and bottom snap-in dentures -- normally a $35K procedure.

This makeover was a long time coming for SB ... TMZ broke the story, he started the process to get a makeover in May this year after going through his recent divorce from Jennifer Lamb.

The procedures were put on hold after a dentist discovered possible cancer in his gums.

Mama June can't seem to stay away from all the reality TV drama ... she's going on a live, courtroom show ... suing a former friend she claims screwed her over.

Production sources tell TMZ ... Mama June will be a plaintiff on A&E's "Court Night Live." She's suing ex-friend Adam Barta, a fellow content creator.

Mama June and Adam worked on a YouTube show together where they yakked about pop culture and created other social media content. She claims what started as friendly advice turned into daily consults and that he promised to pay her for her help but stiffed her, so she's suing on the A&E show for $5k.

Adam says he had a close relationship with June and they each did things for the other without any obligation of repayment. He says he helped June in her time of need and was there for her ... so they're even.

Mama June isn't in charge of Alana Thompson -- AKA Honey Boo Boo -- these days, but says if she knew her daughter was having a weight-loss procedure, she would've shot down the idea.

Mama June tells TMZ ... "I’m supportive if this is something Alana wants to get, but I would say she needs to wait until she’s 18 years old." She also says Alana didn't tell her about her medical plans before deciding to go through with it.

As we first reported, Alana is getting a suture sculpt endoscopic sleeve next month, right after she turns 17.

Although Alana's mentioned being unhappy with her weight, June says this procedure isn't something you just jump into -- June's dealt with weight loss surgery before, but ended up gaining back 100 pounds.

She says she's going to tell Alana's sister, Pumpkin, that she should wait.

Pumpkin is Alana's guardian now, and signed off on the surgery, but June adds, "It kind of bothers me that Pumpkin didn’t tell me. If Alana wants to do it, she should wait to sign her own paperwork at 18."

June's worried money became a factor in the sudden decision, but sources close to Alana tell us the non-surgical procedure is something she's doing privately, and not for TV.

Alana Thompson, better known as reality TV's "Honey Boo Boo," is working her way toward a healthier version of herself by gearing up for a weight loss procedure.

Alana's manager Gina Rodriguez tells TMZ ... the reality star will be heading to NYC -- Queens, specifically -- in late August to have surgery after her 17th birthday.

She's getting a suture sculpt endoscopic sleeve from weight loss doctor Steven Batash, which can set someone back about $13K. As for why Alana's going this route -- we're told she's currently 275 pounds, and wants to get down to 150.

We're told she's trying her best to live a healthier life -- trying diets and increasing her exercise over the past year -- but hasn't gotten the results she hoped she would.

Alana's worried the weight she's put on is genetic, and sees this procedure as the only way to get rid of it.

As for support, she's got plenty ... her sister and new guardian, Pumpkin, has her back and signed off on Alana getting the procedure.

Mama June's ex-boyfriend Geno Doak is wanted by cops in Alabama -- but we're told law enforcement isn't planning to drag him out of rehab in handcuffs.

Macon County Sheriff Andre Brunson tells TMZ ... Geno has an active arrest warrant out for him after failing to show up to his community corrections program -- part of his sentence for a 2019 crack cocaine case.

Remember, he and June were busted outside a gas station and charged with felony drug possession.

We're told Geno missed the program because he checked into a rehab center after attempting suicide ... and the sheriff tells us he's been in touch with Geno by phone while he's there.

Geno understands his legal obligations, according to Sheriff Brunson, and plans to stay in contact with him as they figure out next steps.

The Sheriff says he hasn't been instructed to rip him out of rehab and arrest him, as law enforcement doesn't think Geno is running away from his obligations.

As we reported, Geno revealed he chased 90 blood pressure pills with a liter of Jägermeister last year ... luckily, he survived and June was able to refer him to a rehab center in South Carolina.

Sugar Bear's extreme makeover can continue unabated, because we've learned he doesn't have gum cancer ... but he will be getting a tumor removed just to be safe.

We're told SB went to a cancer specialist, Dr. Babak Larian, who performed a biopsy and the results came in Wednesday, revealing a benign tumor on his salivary gland. There's a chance it could turn cancerous, so he'll go under the knife next month to take it out.

TMZ broke the story ... SB was all set for a dental makeover when his dentist discovered 2 small white spots on his bottom gum, sounding an alarm bell. There was reason for concern -- Sugar Bear chewed tobacco for more than 12 years, a habit that caused his teeth to rot.

As for why Sugar's in the process of getting a full makeover? After finalizing his divorce from Jennifer Thompson, he wanted to hit the dating scene looking new and improved!

Sugar Bear's makeover could be life-changing in more ways than one ... because a dentist discovered what appears to be a type of cancer in his mouth.

A rep for Suge tells TMZ ... the reality TV star is undergoing a full makeover in Los Angeles, and when he went to a dentist Thursday to get new teeth, the dentist found what looks like possible cancer of the lower gums.

We're told the signs of potential cancer include multiple white spots on Sugar Bear's gums.

Sugar Bear was a chewing tobacco enthusiast for at least a dozen years, which we're told ended up rotting his teeth and may have now caused far greater damage.

Sugar Bear, who is the father to Honey Boo Boo and was once engaged to Mama June, was getting a makeover after finalizing a divorce ... we're told he wants to be new and improved for potential suitors now that he's single. SB recently turned 50 and wanted to boost his confidence as well.

We're told Sugar Bear's self-esteem was on the rise after he started the makeover, which also included a hair transplant, Botox, filler, liposuction, tummy tuck, a new haircut and a fresh shave ... but now the potential cancer discovery has his him gutted.

Mama June is about to double her number of grandkids and Honey Boo Boo is doubling her nieces and nephews ... because Lauryn "Pumpkin" Shannon is about to become a mother to twins.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Pumpkin is pregnant, and she's expecting a girl and a boy. We're told the due date is around June 18 ... so these would be a couple of Geminis, for those who care and/or believe.

Pumpkin and her husband, Joshua Efird, already have two kids at home ... 4-year-old daughter Ella Grace and baby boy Bentley Jameson, who has yet to celebrate his first birthday ... so the parents won't be getting much sleep any time soon.

Remember ... Pumpkin and Josh got hitched back in 2018 in Sin City ... so they're averaging one kid a year.

Pumpkin's about to have 4 kids and she's only 22. Elon Musk doesn't have to worry about a declining birth rate with this reality TV family.

We reached out to a rep for Pumpkin ... so far, no word back.

Mama June broke up with her longtime boyfriend, Geno Doak, because she got sober and was over their former lifestyle, and he didn't deal with it well at all ... TMZ has learned.

According to sources close to the former couple ... June called it quits with Geno because they couldn't get on the same page when it came to sobriety -- she was clean, but he was drinking a lot.

Then she began seeing someone else. Our sources say Geno felt like June pulled the rug out from under him and took the breakup very hard. We're told he went to a dark place, which led to him being hospitalized earlier this month in Florida ... before heading to a rehab facility in South Carolina.

As we reported ... June revealed she was done with Geno in mid-August.

His current rehab stint is, obviously, a step in the right direction -- but Geno's legal issues aren't over.

He's still a wanted man in Alabama because the judge says he failed to comply with the terms of his sentencing in his crack cocaine case.
