Mary Mary's Trecina "Tina" Campbell claims she's bringing in less than goes out the door every month as she fights her estranged husband, Glendon "Teddy" Campbell, in divorce court ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the gospel singer said she works around 20 hours per week and pulls in around $4,976 each month.

The 52-year-old singer said her ex pulls in around $7,500 per month as a drummer.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ ... Joyce Patton filed a petition asking to establish a conservatorship for her son ... questioning whether he was ever legally married to his children's mother, Shawna Stewart.

Joyce also claims ... Sam has not lived with Shawna in more than 15 years -- and says for the past four years, he has been living with her.

Marissa Crumley authorized Bateman's attorneys to provide TMZ with the email she sent on June 8, five days after the alleged incident, in which she said she wanted to explain the "true side of the story."

Crumley wrote that officers pressured her into identifying Bateman and invaded her privacy by lifting her head wrap to photograph marks on her face. She claimed the bruises and marks were self-inflicted "out of emotion and frustration."

Sally-Anne Bowen, now 65, was in her mid-20s while teaching chemistry at an all-boys Catholic school in North London ... and she allegedly had sex with one boy 20 to 30 times when he was 14 or 15, according to The Telegraph.

The accuser was referring to Carpenter's controversial "Feather" music video ... which featured the pop star dancing inside a Brooklyn Catholic church and sparked outrage from church officials.

Lindsay Clancy will not be getting a mistrial ... after the judge shot down her defense team's request Monday following controversial testimony about religion.

The drama unfolded during testimony from forensic psychologist Dr. Kirk Heilbrun, who brought up Clancy's belief that she and her children would be together in heaven ... and referenced Catholic teachings on suicide being a "mortal sin."

Clancy's attorney immediately objected and asked for a mistrial, calling the testimony "over the top ... talking about religion, talking about heaven, talking about killing people and the impact it would have on Lindsay as well as her children."

But Judge William Sullivan said no dice.

Rashod Bateman allegedly shoved the mother of his child into a wall during a fight inside their home ... hours before cops say he used a screwdriver to wreck her Mercedes while their infant daughter sat inside.

According to a police report, obtained by TMZ, the Baltimore Ravens wide receiver's girlfriend, Marissa Crumley, told officers an argument erupted around 3:30 AM on June 3 ... she claimed they were fighting over her past, with Bateman allegedly calling her a "liar."

Crumley told cops Bateman pushed her into a corner wall, leaving her with facial contusions. She said he later told her to pack her things and leave the home.

In court docs filed in August 2020, Brian's legal team made the case for a warrant for his arrest being dropped.

Brian said that he had voluntarily obtained a domestic violence prevention evaluation from the Curran Seeley Foundation and said he was "committed to following any recommendations."
