'RHOBH' Alum Kim Richards Seen in Rare Outing After Eviction Drama

Kim Richards was spotted in a rare public sighting months after her eviction drama with sister Kyle Richards ... spending time near the beach in Santa Monica ... and looking none too pleased.

TMZ obtained a photo of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum sitting on a park bench near the Santa Monica Pier Friday ... wearing a cowboy hat and a loose red dress, with one tan boot on and her other foot bare.

It looks like Kim is painting something in the pic.

While the photo may raise questions about Kim's living situation, sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ she's not homeless. We're told Kyle helped Kim secure a place in the Santa Monica area near the beach.

Other sources connected to the family tell us Kim continues to have her ups and downs. Her daughters still live in Los Angeles, and we're told she spends time with them.

As we reported, Kyle sued Kim in January 2025, seeking to have her older sister vacate Kyle's 2-bedroom Encino condo after telling her to move out in late 2024.

Kim never responded to the lawsuit, and a default judgment was entered in March 2025 requiring her to surrender the property. Court docs later showed the L.A. County Sheriff's Office tried to serve Kim with the judgment in June, but she'd already moved out, allowing Kyle to take possession.

The lawsuit came months after sources told us Kim had relapsed following years of addiction issues, prompting her family to take a "tough love" approach.
