Marcellus Wiley Set to Testify in Domestic Violence Hearing With Ex

Annemarie and Marcellus Wiley are set to have quite an intense hearing in their domestic violence case … TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Annemarie plans to present photos of the injuries she claims she suffered during an alleged July 2024 attack. She claims Marcellus got physical with her, resulting in injuries to her back, leg, and shoulder.

She says she also intends to submit another image from March 2014 of an alleged injury to her lip.

Docs filed by Marcellus state that both she and Marcellus will be taking the stand during the hearing to testify about the abuse and domestic violence allegations against the former NFL player, as well as custody issues regarding their 3 minor children.

As you know, Annemarie previously filed for divorce -- claiming Marcellus raped her on several occasions, once gave her a black eye by punching her in the face, and has chucked things at her head multiple times.

The divorce filing came after he was arrested in Florida when she alleged he got physical with her. Marcellus denied the claims, and prosecutors dropped the case.

They're set to appear in court on August 31.
