Dominick Cruz, newly minted UFC Hall of Famer, is sending a powerful message to Conor McGregor as the MMA superstar deals with the fallout from the devastating injury ... and it's not the usual BS "get well soon" pep talk.

Cruz, the former bantamweight champ, who himself suffered multiple serious injuries as he attempted to return to his championship form, spent a few minutes chatting with TMZ Sports ... and he put things into perspective for The Notorious.

"I think that at the end, he's going to learn that this happened for him, not to him. And it's going to make him a better man if he chooses the direction that God wants him to," Dom told us.

The Association is officially moving on from the Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro dust-up in Las Vegas ... and there won't be as much as a fine for either of the NBA stars!

The league announced on Thursday that after speaking with Bam and Tyler -- as well as the players union -- nobody wanted to make a BFD out of the much-talked-about incident.

"After discussing with the players involved and the NBPA, everyone would prefer to move on from this unfortunate circumstance, and no further action will be taken by the league," an NBA spokesperson told Shams Charania.

The brief physical altercation went down last Friday near a practice court at Resorts World Casino, where Adebayo and Herro were staying for the Summer League.

NFL star Stefon Diggs is dealing with another lawsuit … this time brought by a man who claims the NFL star falsely claimed he stole his Ferrari and had his friends attack him, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Stefon asked a judge to put the brakes on the case filed by Nigel King. he argued the other defendants had yet to be served … and he cannot properly defend himself without the others being involved. 

Nigel sued Stefon, Stefon’s brother Darez Diggs, and three of their friends in Florida court in February.

Stefon Diggs is slamming the man suing him for alleged sexual assault … and he vehemently denies whipping out his penis while they were hanging out.

The NFL star called out Christopher Griffith as they continue their back-and-forth in court ... saying Griffith's claims about Stefon's penis is "completely false and defamatory."

As we've reported, Stefon sued Chris for spreading alleged lies about him, and Christopher countersued over an alleged assault on May 22, 2023, at Stefon's Maryland home.

Christopher claims Stefon took out his penis and tried to make sexual advances, which Chis rejected, after Stefon drugging him. He said Stefon had his brother and two other men attack him a week later to keep him silent. Stefon says the entire thing never happened and Christopher caused his rep harm.

Mailson Araujo, a Brazilian bodybuilding influencer and rising pro, has died at just 35 years old ... days before he was set to take the stage.

The muscleman died on Monday after suffering a medical emergency at his home in Alagoinhas, Brazil, according to reports, despite the quick action of his mother, a nursing tech, who immediately rendered aid -- in addition to first responders.

Araujo was pronounced dead at the scene. His cause of death hasn't been announced.

Stefon Diggs' male sexual assault accuser, Chris Griffith, is firing back at Cardi B after she cast doubt on his allegations against her on-again, off-again boyfriend.

Cardi went off on Chris in a social media barrage Tuesday … claiming he's changed his story about Stefon multiple times. She alleged his initial story did not include any claim of Stefon taking his penis out in front of him … but that ended up as a claim in his lawsuit. 

She said she hated how she was defending Stefon, who she was currently beefing with. Cardi said she was upset because she didn't believe Chris' claims against her baby daddy ... but Chris told her to "take off the blinders."

Erling Haaland, the superstar striker who captivated the soccer world, said his goodbyes to the States early Monday morning after his Norway squad was defeated by England over the weekend in the quarterfinals, ending their World Cup ride.

"Goodbye [U.S. flag emoji] It’s been emotional," the 25-year-old posted on Instagram, alongside a selfie from what appears to be an airplane.
