Gypsy Rose Blanchard believes in her heart of hearts she's Taylor Swift's new muse -- she's convinced one of the singer's new songs is all about her, or at the least ... inspired by her.

Sources connected to Gypsy tell TMZ ... GRB thinks Taylor’s new song "Fresh Out The Slammer" -- from her 'Tortured Poets Department' album -- might be about her December release from prison.

The reason she even suspects that ... we're told Gypsy sees a lot of similarities between the song lyrics and her real life -- almost to a T.

Indie rocker Steve Albini, who was best known for being the front man for the rock bands Big Black and Shellac, has died.

His employees at his Chicago-based studio, Electronic Audio, confirmed the sad news Wednesday ... sharing that the musician's cause of death was a heart attack.

Albini rose to fame in the '80s with his punk rock band, Big Black, which he started alongside guitarist Santiago Durango and bassist Jeff Pezzati. The group was known for controversial lyrics ... and for choosing to use a drum machine over a drum kit. They released 2 studio albums before disbanding in 1987.

Paul posted a video Friday, which began with an old clip of a woman named Adrienne being interviewed by a journalist after the British rock band arrived in NYC in 1963 for their legendary first American trip.

Britney Spears got into a huge fight with her boyfriend Wednesday night, and she ended up out of control, crying, possibly cut, and almost driven away in an ambulance ... TMZ has learned.

Britney got to the Chateau Marmont late Wednesday night with boyfriend Paul Soliz ... and there was some sort of disturbance and someone called police, claiming a woman matching Britney's description was harassing and threatening hotel employees and guests. Officers showed up shortly after 10:30 PM, but they saw no signs of trouble and left.

We're told Britney and Paul retreated to a hotel room around 11 PM where they continued partying and drinking. While they were in the room they ended up getting into a huge altercation that we're told turned physical, according to sources, and Britney may have hurt her leg.

Sia is switching up her name -- running to court to ask a judge to let her go by something different ... although, it's just the back half that's getting tweaked here.

In new court docs, obtained by TMZ, the musician asks for her name to change from "Sia Kate Furler" to "Sia Bernad," taking her husband Dan Bernad's last name. Sia's attorney filed the request on Thursday ... a few days shy of her one-year wedding anniversary.

Remember, Sia and Dan tied the knot in a surprise wedding last year, exchanging vows at Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana's Villa Olivetta in Portofino, Italy.
