It doesn't seem like Heather Locklear is having trouble moving on from her reported split from David Spade. In fact, the blonde beauty was all smiles as she left Mastro's steakhouse in Beverly Hills Friday night, arm in arm with a new mystery man.
According to several media reports, Heather and David called it quits last week after a rumored six-month romance. However, a source tells People magazine, "Heather is still going through a lot with Denise (Richards) and Richie. It's just too soon for her to get serious. They are still friends. It's not ugly."
Update 5:53PM ET: The mystery man has been revealed to be realtor Bill Small of Aspen, Colo. Small specializes in selling high-end, exclusive residential properties. Bill is no dummy either. Heather's arm candy is a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar association and holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Seattle University School of Law as well as a BA from the University of Maine.
Is Heather in the market for a new house or a new relationship??

I sat next to these gentlemen on Friday night...Bob is from Palms Spring and Bill (on her arm) is from Aspen. They were both very nice. We left at 10:30pm, but did not see Heather anywhere.

Hi I live in Aspen and have a little more info on the mystery gentleman. His name is Bill Small and he is a successful real estate agent in the area. Pretty nice guy and not one to throw his weight around (unlike PLENTY of other people around here) As far as I know he is single. He has his real estate license in CA as well so for all we know he was working with Heather on a new property ?! Didn't she live in the same neighborhood as Denise RIchards??
