Gwen Stefani's

Healthy Demands

4/21/2007 4:06 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

TMZ has obtained Gwen Stefani's tour rider -- the list of "artist demands" for their backstage dressing room -- and it reveals what a health-conscious diva she really is! Wind it up!

Besides having her room bathed in bright white light (to match her weave!), Stefani asks for 30 bottles of water and a cornucopia of organic items for her Sweet Escape Tour, which kicks off Saturday in Las Vegas. The pesticide-free buffet includes an assortment of teas, fruit, cashews, almonds, vegetables and ranch dressing. Some non-edible needs include ten white towels and four aromatherapy candles, all of which MUST be the same scent. Her Harajuku girls are very sensitive!

Based on her backstage grocery list, it appears our little Gwen is a real natural girl. Well, besides her hair color!

Oh well at least she didn't ask for booze and cigarettes.

I never found her to be that hot. And her body is not that great she's very flat-chested. I mean she is definately better than a fat woman. Even with the red lipstick on she has very thin lips and and an ugly fat looking chin.

Although some were saying we shouldn't be harping on a typo, refering to the spelling of "vegetables" - spelling the artists name incorrectly is pretty bad. Notice the "N" left out of Stefani in the first line? hmmm....not cool.
Her rider is pretty simple compared to some I have seen.

Kitty, she did a complete 360? You mean she ended up in the exact same place? A 360 is a circle, after all. Maybe you meant a 180? That would have Gwen ending up in the opposite direction. Hint: Learn math. It's a helpful tool in life. Signed, Someone who is tired of the brainless youth of America who can comment on celebrities but cannot do basic math

Noticed how her people can't spell "Decaffeinated." Also noticed how incredibly ridiculous these requests are. I wonder what people who are hiding from bombs, and/or people who don't have more than a half bowl of gruel each day would think of these lists. It's ridiculous consumerism at its best. No wonder the USA is so dumbed down.

Since when does an entertainer have to be provided her meals and vitamins? Sounds like these pop stars have an ego as big as the sun. Enjoy it now, it won't last.

WTF? What's the big deal? She eats healthy - plus she's probably still nursing, which makes it even more important that healthy foods go into a person's body.

I hardly call this list excessive. Like others have mentioned - perhaps she could ask for liquor and junk food and X-Boxes. Would that be more acceptable?
