Sierra Wants To Be Goin' Back to Cali Rehab

"Idol's" trainwreck du jour Jessica Sierra was in a Florida courtroom this morning trying to stay in rehab in Cali.

Sierra has been in a Golden State rehab since January, but as we previously reported the state sent her back to Florida because proper probation procedure was not followed.

The judge gave Sierra and her attorney until Friday to figure it all out, or else she'll have to find another place to continue her treatment.

She's had a pretty tough life and I feel bad for her. I hope she's able to work it out and stay in rehab, I don't think she'll survive without it.

She is a very talented young girl. I wish her the very best in her recovery. She has her whole live ahead of her. If she can stay in rehab and sober she will have a wonderful life. You hang in there and keep up the hard but good work. To the rest of you and your negative comments, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Everyone makes mistakes, it's what you learn from them.

You'll never get rid of that cigarette and skank smell by soaking for only 15-20 minutes. 30 minutes, warm soapy water, rinse and enjoy.
