DMX Arrested Again ... Seriously!

DMX Not even DMX wants to be DMX anymore.

Earl "DMX" Simmons was pinched today for allegedly giving a false name and Social Security number to Scottsdale's Mayo Clinic in April. Simmons supposedly used the name "Troy Jones" to weasel out of paying for $7,500 in medical expenses.

The rapper was arrested outside of a Phoenix Ariz. mall on a felony charge of taking the identity of another and booked in the Maricopa County Jail, according to My Fox Phoenix.

DMX was also arrested on July 2, June 27, June 23, May 9 and May 7 of this year.

46. I'm not a big fan of Rap, but I do like some of DMX's stuff. It's sad that he had it all and is now throwing it all away. I hope he can kick the habit and get clean!

47. DMX should be prosecuted for fraud. If any of us presented ourselves as another person to avoid paying a bill we created we would be charged with fraud. If he used someone else's identity in conjunction with the fraud he should be charged with identity theft. This game is played out at hospitals all day long. The hospital is stuck with the bill and the rest of us pay either through our insurance premiums and co-pays or taxes. Make the bum pay his bill. No free rides, even for the rich and/or famous!!

50. This guy is a loser. Drugs are just an excuse. He has been charged here in Arizona for animal cruelty. It is his SECOND charge of animal cruelty. The other one was in another state in 1999. If he wants to spiral downwards due to drugs, or whatever his excuse is, leave the innocent animals out of it! Hope he gets put behind bars for a LONG time. Then, he can seek counseling after he's served time, but serve real jail time first. Where's the Third Strike law when you need it? I have no sympathy for animal abusers and animal killers like him. They all have a sob story.
