Brit's Ex Attacks -- Blow-By-Blow

Adnan GhalibThe process server who was allegedly hit by a Mercedes driven by Adnan Ghalib made it clear in a court declaration -- Adnan could have killed him.

Ram Moskowitz (first name, first clue) claims when he tried serving Adnan with Britney Spears' TRO, Adnan gunned his car and hit him. The force propelled Ram onto the hood. He claims "I stayed on the hood ... for about 30 to 40 yards, at which point I was thrown off..."

Ram suffered cuts, abrasions and a fractured wrist. Adnan has been charged with three felonies.

#7- Kyle? Are you the same Kyle who used to post on Breatheheavy? Just wondering. I think it was a set up as well. There were reports that Adnan had already been served back at the end of January. It was said that he was half naked and with his ex-wife at the time too. Then two weeks later the process server has to find him to serve him again. Nobody gets served twice. Adnan's reaction was wrong. But I'm suspicious about the process server's claims.
