Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Michael Lohan called the LAPD this morning to report a break-in at Lindsay Lohan's house -- and it's all on tape. Again.
A source on scene tells TMZ that three men were captured by surveillance video breaking into Lindsay's house in the Hollywood Hills.
Michael Lohan tells TMZ a safe was ripped off the wall and a couple of watches were taken. He believes it's "an inside job" because the people that work for Lindsay failed to turn the alarm on. He says, "I am not going to put up with individuals violating my family. Lindsay is a charitable, generous person that always gives. This is a personal violation and it has got to stop."
We're told Lindsay came home early this morning, around 3:00 AM, discovered the break-in and called her dad. 
LAPD officers are on scene right now investigating -- her Mercedes is in the driveway.
Lindsay's house was also broken into back in May. The suspects were captured on surveillance video and left after being presumably scared off by the alarm.

Karma's a beeyotch! If she can still afford to live in the Hollywood Hills and drive a Mercedes on top of jetting all over the world, she ought to be able to afford some security.
"captured by surveillance video" WTF does that mean? That corny phrase was used twice in this story. If the surveillance video captured the criminals, it should deliver them into police custody. The alarm system was off so in "papa" Lohan's mind, it was an inside job, then he gushes about what a humanitarian his daughter is.
I guess he knows how to keep those checks coming in!

Just wanted to add that maybe you all shoud give Lindsay a little more time.
Things may (hopefully) look different 5 years from now for her.
Britney straightened out, Paris turned into a successful business woman.
Don't be so quick to always wish bad things on Lindsay.
I alwasy thought that it was mean and uncharitable to gloat over another's misfortune especially when that person has done you no harm. Why so mean to this young girl people? Sure she has made mistakes in her young life ; haven't we all? What heinous crime has she committed that says she is undeserving of another chance? And who are you to judge her in the first place? get a grip haters!
If I was Lindsay I'd move to a more secure compound, er, home.

Maybe if she took care of her own household chores and locked

A lot of celebs' homes have been burglarized over the last few years in the same vicinity. It probably is the work of insiders.
Buy a couple of Pitbulls or Rotts and let them patrol your property.

What a coincidence...just the other day I was thinking about Lindsay Lohan, and I NEVER think about Lindsay Lohan. I was thinking that if I play ghoolpool this next year that she'd be one of the celebrities that I'd bet would kick the bucket in 2010. (buy in is only $20 bucks)
