So let me get this straight, Kristen Cavallari was wasted and was filmed by TMZ. And then she was allowed to drive away drunk?!?!?!?!?!?!? It was clear she was wasted, even one of the paparazzi said "Kristen, tell me you are not driving". TMZ either should not have posted this video or should have tried to keep her from driving. What if she killed someone last night? How irresponisble of all of you?? I live in London and we take taxi's if we don't catch the train. What is wrong with people in LA drinking and driving, don't you people have taxi's out there?????

It is even worse, someone says "Kristen, tell me YOU ARE driving". Someone should have called the cops, shame on TMZ for not doing so. This should be submitted to the cops now as evidence of her drinking and driving. She should be arrested and taught a lesson! She is lucky she didn't kill anyone.
