Paul Anka says he's all square with Michael Jackson's estate over the release of "This Is It" -- a song Paul helped write -- saying the special administrators realized "there was a wrong here" and they immediately "made it right..." as in 50% of publishing rights. Can you say BONANZA?

You've posted your immature comments on EVERY Michael thread; you are on here for DAYS (I know, I left for hours earlier and when I came back you were STILL here)...if there were no more threads about Michael, you'd end up killing yourself, so STFU!
Sony was too quick to release the song. They should have done their research on it before releasing it. Now they have to give 50% away.
Of course he is gonna say that CHACHINGGGGGGGGGG
When Michaels mom finds out what happened I bet she goes back to court "again" to have a certain lawyer removed from the estate. Get ready for a ton of news from the Jackson camp......
Now, will Anka go on Jay Leno to promote the song?

LOL you tell him/her don!! it is so true! some of these complainers cant stand not commenting obviously. stay out of the mj threads if you dont like them. no one says you have to look you freaks.
You can almost hear the lawyer crying on the phone to take 50% but say nice things about him so he does not get the boot from the estate...
Just exactly as I thought it would be - 50/50 split. Why did there have to be such a fuss about it? This could have been quickly solved privately.
Maybe Paul will do the right thing and give his share to Michael's children.
of course he is going to say that now. he's happy i am sure. in a way i cant blame him but it also wasnt very nice how he said michael got a "swelled head" after thriller went through the roof or whatever. not nice paul. who's paying you now?
By the way TMZ, this in not a "Bonanza" for Paul Anka.
It's exactly the amount Anka would have gotten anyway under copyright law when there are two co-writers. Since the song has already been recorded, Anka's permission wasn't needed, but he should get the songwriting co-credit, if they hadn't done that already, and automatic songwriting/publishing 50 percent, etc.
Seriously, FOUR threads for this lame story? No celebrity DUIs today?
