This time, he was able to leave without incident ... we're guessing his bar-top-dancing buddy is still sleeping it off.

Foff, he wasn't taking a cab home initially, was he? He tried to drive while being drunk! Had it not been for that decent cop, he could have ended up killing innocent people. Why are you defending this kind of behaviour? If anything, this shows they are not good parents. If he loves his wife and kids, he'll get himself into rehab this minute.
