Randy and Evi Quaid failed to show up in court today in Santa Barbara for the third time ... and now they're seriously facing extradition.
The Santa Barbara prosecutor tells TMZ he's preparing extradition papers for the Quaids -- who live in Texas -- which could take up to four weeks to process.
The Quaids have been charged with defrauding the San Ysidro Ranch to the tune of $10,000. They face three felonies: burglary, conspiracy and defrauding an innkeeper.

#5 Its they brother, they, not day, learn to spell if you are going to comment!!!
They gave Randy and Evi THREE chances to show up for court and they still didn't show. But, that's good for the Santa Barbara courts and all other courts who give celebs a break like this and all the celebs do is ignore them.
If is was you or me, they would have hunted us down and threw our ass in jail after we didn't show up for court the first time.
I hope they never get Randy and Evi.
Leave those two Quaids in Texas and then when Rick Perry secedes from the union, he can take them with the whole state of Texas.
