In the bottom photo it appears she has a drink tray in her left hand and is picking up a drink with her right hand. I would say she is a waitress there. The dress looks right also.

Ok TMZ, in light of what has transpired with Tiger since last week these pictures could be another woman he had hooked with but I'm inclined to believe this was just a fan talking to him.
