That is so sad. Sounds like they weren't doing CPR right :( That wouldn't have made a difference though. Rest in Peace sweet Brittany.

I listened and it broke my heart no matter how she did as a mother I could not imagine trying to get my son help while he laid there lifeless - to the people giving the gears to the mother how dare you and may you never have to be in her shoes. Society has really lost all compassion.

I get that she is upset, but if it were my loved one, I would relay EVERY SINGLE FREAKING WORD! Its as if she was ignoring the 911 operator.
After a couple of minutes into the call, its clear that they have squandered any hopes of saving her.

Yo, so I think the EMT guy on the phone was becoming grossly annoying and insensitive at times. For those who are outraged at this tapes release: this 911 call is a matter of public record and so I understand why it was released.Emergency services like the police and fire department are provided for through the payment of taxes and so there records belong to us all. If you find it insensitive you shouldn't listen, obviously.

As a mother, I find this very heartwrenching. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. I pray I will never have to make a call like this.

The operator annoyed me to death. How can someone count when u ask what number he is on drrr... Screw the counting crap just keep compressing lord does it really matter what number u r on. Took 8 mins for the paramedics to arrive and I bet they claim response time was like 2 mins.

Thank you for at least warning us that it was heart-wrenching. I didn't listen to it. And I do feel it's in poor taste to expose such a horrible moment in a mother's life. I can't imagine if this happened to me and then the whole world heard my darkest moment. Imagine if this was your mother...would you post this call?
