Tack on 15 more years to his ridiculous 18 month "aggravated assault" (i.e. willfully killing his limo driver)for DWI. I hope this f**cker rots in hell.

Jayson is family, a brother, so whatever I say might be construed as being bias. But having known Jayson all of my life I can say without hsitation he is good person with a good heart. He is absolutely torn emotionally over this incident and for everything that has happened since. Jayson and his family have paid dearly since that tragic day in 2002. Yes a man died, but it was a tragic accident and before you pass judgment and condemn Jayson, let’s keep in mind that he is human and as humans we all make errors in judgment! It doesn’t make us bad people or criminals, it makes us “human”. Put yourselves in Jayson’s shoes and ask how you would like to be treated if this were you. We all handle the stressors of life differently and emotions have the power to override the mind and the ability to think clearly. It is time to put this incident to rest and allow the healing process to begin or all involved.

Nice try James. He killed a man and then tried to cover it up. Oh yeah...didn't he kill a dog too? Dude's an alcoholic thug and I have NO sympathy for him. You want to put the "incident" to rest? A man died due to premeditated negligence and you just want to sweep it under the rug? You disgust me.

3 times legal limit..Nice to see the blind drunk is the only one hurt in an accident they caused, rather than killing a family and walking away unscathed, per the norm.
