LMAO it's because SHE CAN'T! She had Botox as well that paralyzes the facial muscles = no surprised looks, no smiles and in her case - suitably - NO PERSONALITY. lol.

I agree with the posters who say she now looks older than her age! So much for a fresh faced 23 year old. She looks plastic and fake! She now looks like every other blonde walking around. They all look alike which is SAD. She should have spent the money on a psychiatrist!
