Big Ben's Agent -- Skeptical of Motive

3/5/2010 8:20 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Ben Roethlisberger's agent has just released a statement about the sexual assault investigation involving his client -- in which he claims the allegation "appears to be dismissed."

Big Ben's Agent -- Skeptical of Motive

Ben's agent, Ryan Tollner, told ProFootballTalk.com, "Last night, Ben and his friends met a group of women and everyone mingled together throughout the evening."

Tollner added, "We have spoken to law enforcement. Based on information currently available, an allegation was made against Ben, which appeared to be dismissed after a preliminary investigation last night. Obviously, given the prior accusation against Ben, we are skeptical of motive, but we will continue to cooperate with everyone involved."

The Milledgeville Police Department is holding a news conference to address the situation in just a few minutes.

If you knew the minds of some pro-athletes, you'd realize this could be true. Just as it was with Kobe and others. Ballplayers have been getting away with this for decades.

Guess he didn't learn that No means NO!
And if he assaulted one of YOUR daughters would you be so quick to defend him and ask if he was going to be able to make it to the Pro Bowl?

Going out on a limb here. Maybe he did it. Athletes have a sense of "entitlement" that they acquire with their inflated egos. I have personally filmed Ben a number of times over his career starting with when he was first signed by the steelers. The change in him is actually comedic to the production crew. He now has a "white Rapper" persona. I kid you not. The cars he drives, the clothes he wears, the way he talks. Knowing that I could totally see him expecting to get a "piece" after letting someone "hang out" with him.
He's a Douche bag.
