'Apprentice' Reject Charged with DUI

The "Apprentice" reject who was busted for DUI after being clocked going 35 MPH on a California Freeway has just been charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI.



Heidi Androl -- who Donald Trump booted from the board room in season 6 -- was arrested back in December after we're told she performed "poorly" on several field sobriety tests.

Androl -- who's due back in court on March 29 -- faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

As long as there is alcohol and automobiles there will be celebs getting arrested for DUI. Some of the states are getting a little carried away with their DUI laws though so don't be too quick to trash these folks. Having a drink doesn't always make you a danger to society.

I know and witness a lot of people that drink and drive.

To single out the ones that actually get caught is pointless. It's like praising those that don't get caught. You should go to the parking lot of bars and clubs and take pictures of those idiots too.

We also need to change our cultural views surrounding drinking period, but that will never happen because the alcohol industry pumps billions into our economy.
