Jon Gosselin Files for Custody

Jon Gosselin has just filed legal papers formally asking a Pennsylvania judge for primary custody of the 8 kids he had with Kate Gosselin.

Jon also wants the child support order that is currently in place reviewed by the judge. Jon claims the arbitrator in the divorce "failed to take into consideration the numerous factors provided for by the law in PA."

TMZ broke the story that Jon's lawyer, Anthony F. List, feels Kate is an "absentee mom" now that she is in Hollywood on "Dancing with the Stars."

Kate currently has primary custody and Jon is required to pay $20,000 a month in child support.

He's a broke loser who didn't CARE about being with the kids while shacking up with his last girlfriend's family in UTAH. Oh yeah, when they first split he moved to MANHATTAN. Instead of just getting a place nearby.

Jon truly is jealous of Kate!!!! Very sad... What do you expect her to do? she has 8 kids to raise and a loser ex husband! I'd be on dancing with the stars to. Jon's mad he wasnt asked......

What a douche. Runs around for months on end with his girlfriends and then has the NERVE to call her an absentee parent for working.

This move got him what he wanted...his name is back in the rags.

He "has" the kids with Kate Gosselin. Not "had". He is a divorced dad like Kate is a divorced mom, not a "single" mom. He has been a really good parent and just because he didn't ham it up for the TLC cameras, scream when the washer overflowed etc, doesn't mean he is a bad parent. I hope he gets more custody and doesn't have to pay 21K/month to kate.

What an idiot. What happens when Kate is voted off the show (which should be really soon). Then what? She'll be out of a hollywood gig. He obviously has run out of money and wants to go after her earnings from the show. Where was Jon "the parent" when he was out there with all of those tramps making a real ass of himself. He doesn't have what it takes to be a real father. What a loser!
