The L.A. Dodgers divorce just got even uglier, and this time a TMZ video became evidence against the lawyer Jamie wants to represent her. 
Frank McCourt's lawyers went to court today, objecting to Jamie McCourt's request to bring D.C. attorney David Boies into the case to represent her. Boies had applied to the court for permission to practice in a California court for this case only.
Frank's lawyers filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- arguing that Boies violated a cardinal rule in the legal profession -- interrogating an L.A. Dodgers employee, despite the fact that all Dodgers employees are represented by counsel.
Boies grilled a security guard at Dodger Stadium on March 27, when Jamie tried in vain to get inside to move her stuff out of her office. Frank's lawyers say the guard is an employee of the Dodgers, who are represented by counsel and Boies had no right to intermeddle.
Nonetheless, the judge allowed Boies to enter the case. BTW, for whoever ends up paying the legal bill, Boies is really expensive.

McCourt is playing hardball! The security guard looks like a absolute idiot for refusing them entry to the gift shop! Poor guy only doing his job.
By the way...the guard *could* have said, "Sir, I've been told by counsel to refer all questions to counsel." Sounds like counsel messed up.
Frank tired to make her look a fool and that sure backfired! Last week when tmz ran this story Frank's defense was she showed up with an entourage... I'm sorry but two lawyers do not make up an entourage! And the security guard confirmed that Frank wasn't even there! He had left earlier and left instructions to bar her from the stadium! Not sure why his lawyers would want the judge to see that tape... it only shows how much of a jerk Frank is. It didn't show any bad behavior on her part or her lawyers.
I was at a game a long time ago.. and I actually saw both McCourts and they seemed to be at each others throats back then, I can only imagine how this is going to unfold in court.. Los Doyers!!

Such ridiculous double-standards at TMZ. Tiger cheats on his wife, and this site stalks him for months, never cutting him a break. Jamie cheats on Frank, with his employees, and she is portrayed as the victim...unbelievably misandrists attitude.
What's funny to me is how cute and slick this lawyer thinks he is, i.e. mugging, winks and asides to the camera.
