Larry King signed a document transferring prime real estate to Shawn Southwick, to show her he was not having an affair and was committed to the marriage .... sources connected with Shawn tell TMZ.
The document was signed more than 2 years ago. Our sources say the marriage was on the rocks because Shawn believed Larry was cheating. We're told they signed the agreement transferring the properties -- including their Beverly Hills mansion -- to Shawn "to show her he was committed to the marriage."
In his divorce docs, Larry disclosed he will try and void the agreement.

Duped by a Mormon...not often it happens to a supposed street smart Hebrew like Larry King out of Brooklyn, but he got taken on this one---her laying the guilt on him, he handing over things to her. He probably loved her, but she duped him just like her Father did Marie and the entire Osmond Family. Thats why he got fired earlier this year after 35 years of Osmond Management. You married into a Family of Frauds Larry---the two sisters and the daddy.

And wasn't she having an affair at some point in the marriage? Larry if you signed over the homes or property let her keep it. You've had the Larry King show for years and you still have it. You're going to keep making money until you die.
