I am anticipating the day I come to TMZ and find out she overdosed like Anna Nicole. Sadly she is washed up at 23... She already looks much older then her age.

If she's lying about her passport being stolen than she is one messed up piece. My reasonable mind would like to believe she isn't reckless enough to purposefully not come home for a required court date when she knows the repercussions could be jail, just for another day or two of partying. No, if she was going to blow it off she would in a much larger way. Either her passport really was stolen or she is so strung out on alcohol or whatever she needs several days to dry out rather than show up a complete mess in court

Can TMZ Fast Forward this story to her being arrested and doing her 4 days of time yet?

Can TMZ hold off pics until another mug shot is taken of her geeez. we all know she is gonna get cuffed in a matter of days.

Then all the HOOOPLA you are creating will be all over.
Like if TMZ has all this info, why dont they send to the courts if they are so obsessed with Lindsay and her actions.. then send the court pics of her actions.. we are tired of it until she has done her 3 days of time in jail. That is exactly what I am thinking-from the beginning, this whole thing has been a set up. She KNEW when she went over to France that she was not coming back in time for court, AND that she would get her name plastered all over the headlines yet again. In Lohan Land, any publicity is good publicity.
