voodoochild-are you serious? Janine did not lose custody of her children over taxes. Janine lost her kids over a very serious substance abuse problem. People are laughing at Janine because she's ridiculous. No one said that Heather's problem was okay...people think she's ridiculous too. Us taking time out of our lives to comment on this nonsense is also ridiculous.

I DID NOT lose custody over a drug problem. I had to surrender to 4 months Fed prison for Willful Failure to pay back taxes.

this comment is directed at janine, (who obviously likes to read and comment about herself).
now i understand that you did not lose custody because of drug abuse but rather to tax evasion. but how is it that jesse was granted 100% parental rights even after you were released from jail? shouldn't you have been granted your parental rights back if the only thing you did wrong was not pay your taxes?
i'm not trying to be vicious, just more understanding of this situation.
