Charlie Sheen

'I'm Going to Disneyland!!!'

8/2/2010 8:45 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Charlie Sheen is already planning a trip to the happiest place on Earth ... after avoiding being sent to the unhappiest place on Earth (jail) ... telling TMZ on his way out of court, "I'm going to Disneyland."

Charlie Sheen Disneyland

As we previously reported -- Sheen's lawyer, Yale Galanter, hooked the actor up with a plea deal in his assault case that will allow Charlie to complete his 30-day sentence by spending a few "seconds" at a rehab facility in Malibu. Click here for the full explanation.

And Charlie knows how good he has it -- because as he walked out of court, he told us, "Yale Galanter is a rock star, what can I tell you?"

Charlie also released this statement: "I'm very grateful to the court and to the people of Pitkin County. I look forward to complying with the court's decision, getting on with my life and putting this behind me."

And your pasty white skin and that geriatric chicken neck just make your flat dull brown inkhead look even more obvious.

Hey its just interesting looking at the number of posts. One would think this is a huge story, but the story about Mel walk ing to his car received ten times more comments - why?

If this had been Eddie Murphy or Denzel Washington, his career would be over. The Station would've dropped his show and people would protest anyone endorsing them.

CBS should be ashamed for paying this guy millions to be on a tv show. He assaulted his wife physically, more than one time. This is not his first brush w/the law over physical issues w/a woman. He's an abuser, drug addict, and a millionaire. Hollywood justice in Colorado again. Who do they think they are, Los Angeles? Use a weapon on your wife, get a pass. Choke her, get a pass. Shove her around, get a pass.

He's laughing it off again.
Disneyland? Nice touch there, thanks for taking it seriously. Where's the party, says Charlie.

Mel Gibson should hire the same lawyer, look how good he is.
Why isn't Charlie getting slimed like Mel? No phone tapes.
Not to excuse Mel, if he hit his girlfriend, he should be in jail - sooner than later. But, Hollywood is excusing Sheen once again for his latest violent episode, and hammering Mel.

Before Oksana takes out any more loans to pay lawyers and PR firms to fight Mel, she should consider this case. Charlie pulled a f-ing knife on Brooke, and is basically walking; Mel yelled at Oksana. She should have taken the $15M and run. She can't compete with his money and influence, and will never see justice, period.

I didn't think that Yale Galanter could go any lower than representing O.J. Simpson for years and years for the everyday trials and tribulations he always found himself in, but - now, I see that he has sunk to an all time low. Really, Yale? Charlie Sheen? With O.J. locked-up, I guess a guys gotta do what a guys gotta do to put the bacon on the table, but really - rep'ing Charlie Sheen? Really? eeeuuuuwwwww.......
