Dwyane Wade's actress GF Gabrielle Union just won big in her legal battle against Dwyane's ex-wife -- as of last week, she's officially in the clear over charges that she got too sexy in front of Dwyane's kids.
It's all over a lawsuit the basketball star's ex-wife Siohvaughn Wade (right) filed a few months ago -- claiming her and Dwyane's kids were left scarred when Gabrielle and the Miami Heat guard engaged in "sexual foreplay" in front of them.
Both Dwyane and Gabrielle denied the allegations -- calling them "erroneous claims" -- and last week, a judge in Illinois officially dismissed Siohvaughn's lawsuit, citing improper jurisdiction.
Gabrielle's lawyer -- who called the lawsuit a "shame" and a "waste of time" -- tells TMZ, "The allegations against Ms. Union are completely false and do not belong in the Illinois Court System."

The judge's ruling does not say that the claims are false, as the defendants are attempting to make it appear--through spin. Rather, he is simply saying that the case was filed in the wrong jurisdiction. I don't know if that pertains to the wrong city, county, or state (or court body, therein), only he can clarify that to be exact, but, he has not ruled on the substance of the claims found in the body of the lawsuit, so she can refile the claims in another court jurisdiction, elsewhere? I would advise her to file the claims under her childrens' names, making them the plaintiffs, and also filing a separate claim under her name, as their mother.

Gaby will get her they always do. People act like just because you picked a cuter or more slutter partner that things will be better off for you not true at all. He ex is not ugly and she was there when he needed her the most. Being a full time father will make him see if Gaby is wifey or even girlfriend material for real because she does even want to deal with his children for real and she will not love those boys like there mother.

Dumb people on this site. We think we know all about their business and don't know nothing. It's been two years going on three years and this divorce is not final. They have been living apart for some years now people. Dwayne wife is not going to win that court battle because he wasn't living with his wife and family. To my understanding both slept with someone else. I dont believe the story about damaging the children with foreplay. If this was the case than the story should of been out from the beginning when Gabriel and Dwayne were seeing each other. They were seeing each other for a while people.
