Was there only one "petition?" Is Oksana "the immigrant" the one requesting yanking the baby's passport? That is what it sounds like here. So, that means she is afraid Mel will grab his child and flee to Australia?

You might want to clarify who is asking (in Petition or Response)for the passport yanking.

RadarOnline posted two images of Grigorieva, including one showing her walking in a hallway with her attorney. The images were later removed from the website.

Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini said a judge did not decide whether to issue civil contempt citations to the reporter and photographer.

An e-mail message seeking comment sent to RadarOnline founder and Executive Vice President David Perel was not immediately returned."

Oh so NOW Radar goes quiet. Nothing on their website since Oksana left court either. I hope those civil contempt citations issue and this case is finally tried in a courtroom rather than the media.

It is almost certain that the child's passport is in the possesion of Oksana. Therefore it has to be Mel who wants it given to the court.

I read that article as well and found it very interesting that the ROL reporter was escorted out and the pictures were not allowed to be posted. I love that her PR people (ROL) are getting their arses kicked now as well. Hope Oksana is next!!!
