Paris Hilton's lawyer, David Chernoff, just released this statement regarding Paris' arrest:

"Paris Hilton was released this morning on her own recognizance. This matter will be dealt with in the courts not in the media and I encourage people not to rush to judgment until all of the facts have been dealt with in a court of law. There will be no interviews and no more comments at this time."

She must have wanted to grab the spotlight from Lindsay Lohan. The new image/style is the jumpsuit. Looks like a publicity stunt to me, planned photo op. Pathetic example of human accomplishment and a life sooooooooo well spent?

So I wonder will the courts treat her like the common trashy criminal she is this time? OR is it gonna be another wrist slap and celebrity rehab?

The continuing stupidity of these party celebs of driving while wasted is mind-boggling...all of these folks can afford drivers, taxi, limo whatever, to not put others and themselves in danger...besides it's where everyone gets picked up...and there "careers" blown up.
Also Ms. Jolie is a serious actress, whatever people feel about her lifestyle and politics...it no fair comparison to a at best spokesmodel like Paris.

Don't you realize that whenever she spends money it helps others? All the people who supply her with champagne, food, Bentley Autos, hotel rooms, travel expenses, etc.; ALL benefit as she is stimulating the economy.

There is no way that she can avoid helping others, it gives work to all those who are producing the products she uses, the places she frequents, etc.

The way she lives her life is her business. If she is found guilty then the justice system will deal with her using the rules that have been established. Her choice of attorneys is her business and her life.

My personal opinion is that while she does seem to party too much but it's her life, not mine.

Try to imagine how much pressure is on those who grow up with a famous family and wealth.

Of course the lawyers representing this girl must earn a good amount of money, eh? It's a shame the people that are going to need, without money to feed their own children without shelter or food ..... That this person is dedicated to waste the money you have is unfortunate. No more ball should be given to Pari******on or people of his ilk. Unfortunately this very fashionable people become famous without having done nothing but live in a scandal last name and the people that if they deserve the media attention for doing something really worthwhile.
