When I read your question, I found it interesting and wanted to know also (noticed that no one responded to it, in answer) so I through it into google to see what might come up...

When I copied and pasted AFFIDAVIT OF PREJUDICE PEREMPTORY CHALLENGE nothing would come up to the EXACT definition.

Closest thing I could find was: http://www.highwayrobbery.net/redlightcamsformsperemptory.htm

...which explains "peremtory challenge" period, but not specifically AFFIDAVIT OF PREJUDICE PEREMPTORY CHALLENGE

You guys (TMZ Staff) need to step back and take a look at yourselves. You are obsessed with Lindsay Lohan's life, beyond just a a story for your gossip site. Maybe if you took some of this obsessive light off of her she might be able to retreat from the clubs and cameras to focus on herself and get better.
