A-Rod Mourns Playoff Loss with LeBron

10/25/2010 9:20 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

The day after the New York Yankees were eliminated from the playoffs, Alex Rodriguez partied at a Miami nightclub with someone who is no stranger to playoff failure ... LeBron James.

1025_arod_lebron_EXD
The two kicked it at the grand opening of the Arkadia at the Fontainebleau Hotel on Saturday night to attend Drake's 24th birthday party.

Spies inside the club tell us both A-Rod and LeBron partied until 1:00 AM -- and were each seen drinking Grey Goose La Poire vodka.

Since they're each worth roughly a bazillion dollars -- who do you think pays for drinks?

Is A-Rod still juicing, I have noticed that none of his lady friends tend to make repeat trips-just saying. Lebron will find out that character wins more championships than money does.

Amazing! Most whom comment most be "REAL" losers...A-Rod & James have made life good for themselves and others; you loser nothings most likely hate yourselves for never being anything more that a "nothing" loser...your wives and or girlfriends hear you complain daily...a sad state of American losers online. Make something of yourselves;man-up & stop being so "girly". You only have one side to your obtuse comments...even a rat has more that one hole to go in.

PS, how can you say Lebron is money hungry? He took a contract for more than 25% less then he could. So I think he is Ring Hungry if anything. And until you get out on that fiels, don't say he just looked at balls. If anything, I would say three quarters of the balls he watched were Jeter's. I love Jeter and the Yankees. You all just care way to much about this. They're two guys, who even if they don't perform every game or series, they're still amazing. A-Rod is going to break the home run record in the next 4 or 5 five years. You'll say roids, but it doesn't matter. He is one of the best players around. Also, if you make 250 Million in a contract it's over a certain period of time, not one year. The amount you have is based more upon how much you make a year!

Superman - you are correct - no one should be paid $25 million - it pains us true fans to even think about that situation - I think A-Rod is still being paid by the Rangers - $10 million this year? Thank heavens he's gone, as well as the other disasters - Chan Ho Park, etc etc - thank heavens those days are over (hopefully)

Look,Clevelanders have no problem with LeBron, nor does Dan Gilbert,
the Cav's owner. But when you pay someone million's, and build spec-ial buildings for him would it be asking too much for him to sit down with Dan Gilbert and tell him in advance that you were leav-ing and not re-signing with the team? Finding out on an hour long
ESPN special was lame. But we knew he was leaving when the second
half of game 5 of the Play-off's started, and LeBron missed every
shot and passes and route's were blown, and he failed to score another point.
HIS TEAM MATES knew what was going on, but by then, the damage was done. Dan Gilbert is one of the nicest people you could ever meet.If LeBron's posse would have instructed him correctly, the team players and the city would have thrown him a send-off party.I enjoyed watching him play and thank him for the years we went to the play-offs. Clevelanders are very passionette for our sports
teams and their player's and wish him the best.
