She's just kooky, that's all. She doesn't shut up, she talks a thousand miles per hour and that's a turn off but if she could slow her A.D.D. down a bit (meds...) then she'd have no problem getting guys to pay attention to her even with the kids.
Her personality has always been the weakness here. It's how she became Octomom in the first place. All the "oh she's ugly" comments, puh-lease. Her lips are too big and she needs a stylist to look decent day to day instead of some of the time but she's not an ugly woman.

To me it almost sounds like she is saying this to Steven Hirsch. Nadya is essentially saying, "Hey, I've done without it for the last 11 years. If you REALLY want me to do it on video, you are going to have to up the offer."
