Botox Mom -- New Photos -- So Who's Lying Now?

5/20/2011 3:51 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

TMZ has just obtained new photos of Botox Mom -- aka Sheena Upton -- holding a needle up against her daughter's lip, and the reporter who broke the story claims it proves Upton is a liar.

TMZ just obtained the photos from reporter Alley Einstein.  It's unclear from the picture you're looking at if the needle broke the skin.

Einstein says she personally saw Upton inject her daughter's lip with a filler.  Einstein also says she saw Upton inject other areas of her daughter's face with liquid from a bottle labeled "Botox."

Sheena -- who says the reporter made up the story and she NEVER injected her daughter -- claims doctors at UCLA back her story because they found no evidence of Botox in her daughter's system.

So we gotta ask ...

I admit it, I get Botox every 4-6 months. I am also a nurse. That is the type of syringe and needle used--although my dermatologist uses an even smaller needle. When my doc or nurse practitioner injects the muscle points on above my eyebrows, I can hear the needle crunch against my skull, so that is not necessarily the wrong angle in the photos. Only twice in 5 years have I had a bruise or even a "red spot of blood," the needle is so small, it doesn't leave the tell-tale red dot unless they accidentally hit a vein.

I think the black dots on the girl's face are supposed to show where Mom is going to inject...but if she has been doing it (illegally) as long as she first said she was, then she wouldn't need the markers.

I don't think these photos prove she did or didn't inject her daughter/actress, but whatever, she has committed fraud.

Obviously, the pictures of the cheek bone, and lower lip #27 didn't have a needle. But the rest, skinny lip to plump lip...just like the mothers lips.
A nose magically transformed to look just like the mothers nose.

That needle has nothing in it...

What's wrong with the kid's arms?

The kid's arms look like she's got eczema. It's a skin disorder.

Harvey you've been had by that reporter!!! She lied all the way!! The Mom lied in the first place but she's come clean now about this all being a setup and I believe the Mom. Look at picture #18 at that angle a needle shoved in all the way would go right through her lip!! She's posed with the needle but it's never breaking the skin, then they've taken the needle out to make it appear as if she's putting the stuff in! It's so obvious!!
Go look at the other story in the sun about the little girl and botox and tattooed eyebrows! Obviously another setup fake story! If you look at that one it's clear the little girl she claims plucks her eyebrows has never plucked them at all! This reporter needs to lose her job! She's setting this stuff up and attaching stars names like Willow Smith to gain more publicity and take a smack at young stars!
Now do your job Harvey and go bust this reporters fake stories right out of the water!

If you look at the plunger in the syringe, you'll see that the syringe is empty. This dog won't hunt! It's a scam!

Check these out people, someone posted this on an earlier thread. It's quite clear these stories are being set up. They're almost identical!!

Harvey you need to keep digging and expose these fake reporters!!! Lay off the Mom, she's guilty of being stupid and being a fraudster but you've got bigger fish to fry!

First of all Botox is NOT a filler and second, it is NOT used in lips.

After watching the entire TMZ live, looking at the pictures, and all else available I have come to this conclusion:

The Sun and the "reporter" is LYING!

There was NO insertion of any of the needles. There was NO injection bubble. There was NO swelling. The girl was probably told to "pucker"up her lips to imitate swelling.

The Sun is a tabloid no different that the National Enquirer. They make things up.

It's total bogus, and The Sun has been caught with their pants down. CPS didn't investigate because they were never called until the story broke MONTHS after the fact.

Botox doesn't go in the places on the face she marked!!!!!!

So Harvey - did you pay for these pictures? I noticed you and the reporter dance around a bit.

P.S. Mom has dirty fingernails.

Just by looking at the syringe you can see there is noting in it. The black stopper is all the way at the end where the needle is. In order to "inject" you would need something in there first.
