Casey Anthony Juror:

Ask Me Anything ... For a Price

7/6/2011 10:06 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

One of the jurors in the Casey Anthony trial has decided to go public with his side of the story -- but TMZ has learned, he's not talkin' ... unless the price is right ... and 5-figure offers are already pouring in.

0706-casey_launch_EX

A publicist for the unidentified juror is sending a letter to media outlets, claiming, "Our client -- a married, college-educated, 33-year-old white male with two young children -- is willing to consider granting one or more media interviews so long as the opportunities are paid."

We're told the juror has already received multiple offers from big news operations, including at least one major network.  Sources tell us ... the high offers are in the "mid 5-figures."

Paid interviews are a hazy moral territory for obvious reasons -- and the publicist, Rick French, admits, paying for sit-downs is "always a sticky subject and believe me, I understand the delicacy of this type of negotiation."

But French insists ... sticky or not, his client ain't budging -- "He will not entertain any offers that don't include compensation for a myriad of reasons."

I don't think this is bad at all. The shows are making money off the ratings of the show so why should a juror give a free interview. I'd do the same thing in his shoes.

How sick is this....just another blood sucking greedy s***bag looking to cash in on the death of that poor baby. Sickens me....

Jen Jen

I sort of understand, since they probably incurred hardships sitting on a sequestered jury for a lengthy amount of time. But it just doesn't seem right.

Those folks spent 30+ days hid away in a motel room not being able to watch anything, but what they are told they can watch. Being told what, and whom they can talk to.... If they can get paid, more power to them!!!!

Telling a story is one thing .. but doing it for a price is blood money and evil. People who say "you would do it too" must be sociopaths just like Casey .. normal people would not even consider doing that. I think there should be an investigation into weather the jury set her free on purpose to make money. And there needs to be a law where it's illegal to profit off of somebody's death.

There should be a law making it illegal for anyone connected to a trial, to make money off of a child's death. Casey Anthony is a child killer. If she was found guilty then no one would be making much money as justice would have been served. But a not guilty verdict would make them $$$$. So no, I don't believe that the prosecution didn't provide evidence, I believe that dollar signs controlled their decision as I watched the trial. At least give Caylee a little bit of justice and refuse to read, watch, or buy a movie ticket for anything having to do with someone making money off of the death of this little girl. By doing what they're doing, disclosing themselves, the jury put a target on themselves as well. Do not FEED the sick a$$ bottom feeders!

It was reported one juror needed to catch a cruise July 7. The only 2 cruises departing Thursday July 7, are a 4-day cruise form Tampa on Carnival Inspiration, and a 5-day cruise form Miami on Carnival Destiny....imagine people are eating dinner with this nut job.

As we can see, the justice system did not fail Caylee. Nor did the evidence, or the amazing prosecution team.

The jury was not incompetent, mentally defective, or ignorant, uninformed, or unaware of their duties.

They were morally bankrupt.

I don't want to hear anything the cowardly 12 have to say. I see them on t.v. I turn it off. Any network that supports this injustice I will boycott, along with their sponsors.

OK, time for a law that jurors can't profit from their service. Not only is it reprehensible per se since jury duty is supposed to be a solemn duty as a citizen and not an opporutnity to get rich, the prospect of fame and wealth could influence jurors to decide the case in a certain way. Who knows, it could have motivated jurors in this case. No one would care much about interviewing them if they had not returned such a shocking verdict.

No one should care what the jury has to say now! Who cares? They have allready proven their ignorance!

The evil goes to all of us. It's wrong he is selling his story, it's just as wrong the media is buying it, but they are only buying it because the public will then purchase the stories, so we are all to blame. If we weren't wanting ALL the details there would be no story to purchase.

Perhaps its time to pay a juror a fair daily wage so deliberating on an outcome does not cause a hardship.

Perhaps its also time for a severe fine or felony charge to be laid against any juror who comments on a case after a verdict has been reached -

Perhaps its also time for a juror to be assessed to be mentally competent to make a life and death decision of guilt or innocence.

Seems to me as the world becomes a more complicated place some humans seem less capable of making sound judgement calls.

A defense lawyers job is to weave a plausible "story" to cast doubt on whatever truths the prosecution can present - the "story" only has to have snippets of truth to make it seem possible but does not have to be the truth - innocence or guilt do not enter the equation - the job is to get your client off scot free from whatever they are charged with.

Quote from a top defense lawyer who was a former football quarterback - "I like being a star in the courtroom - I like getting my client off - I don't care if they are guilty or not"

Caylee did not get the justice she deserved. Casey will not only walk free but will be rewarded for murdering her baby. We can seek justice for Caylee by passing the word that everyone should email the networks and tell them that we will no*****ch any show that features an interview with Casey, buy any book written by or for Casey, or watch any movie about Casey.

REALLY - its not bad enough that that lovely piece of work Casey Anthony is going to live well off and what she is going to do after. Now to hear that a Juror/Jurors are going to do the same - first of all how in the hell do they sleep at night knowing in their hearts that they just allowed a BABY killer to go free and now to try to make money off it - it is oh so sad!

While attending law school many years ago,I still remember this legal axiom;ie,
"The mills of the Gods grind slow ;but, they grind exceedingly fine .)
Therefore, let her team of lawyers be advised that ,in the final analysis TRUTH & JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL !
