Conrad Murray's own attorney admits it -- doing the Michael Jackson documentary was "probably a mistake." We got Michael Flanagan talking about the 4 year sentence and the documentary ... which he says Murray only did because was broke.

Also, Flanagan explains why Murray didn't say a peep in court today -- and Harvey is baffled by one move the doctor's attorneys didn't make today.

Plus, the word no defendant wants to hear from the judge ... "Yipes!"

nobody important

If pastor was "too good of a judge" he would NEVER had read the books on Murray or Jackson and would NEVER have watched the do***entary. I lost respect for him as a judge in our judicial system.

UPYOURS

Murray was irresponsible, he administered a drug that should NEVER be used outside of a hospital setting, he abandoned his patient during the administering of that drug. He gave the drug to MJ in a manner NOT prescribed as normal usage. It is NOT a drug to be used to help an insomniac sleep. Yes, MJ had drug issues. Fact is, Murray CHOSE to do this KNOWING he was going against all medical knowledge of this drug. Murray accepts no responsibility for what he did during the two months he administered that drug to MJ. And then he lied, tried to cover up his own actions. There was no charting done, the FIRST thing we learn in nursing, DO***ENTATION.

Everything I read & watch about entertainment people seems money oriented; Kim K. decided money wasn't coming from her hubby so, finish to the marriage; Joe was cutoff by Michael, now he wants money from the Doc. 'cause MJ's money(through Mrs. Joe)ought to come to him; same for the Jackson's, everybody wants money 'cause MJ was carrying them too. Phooey on the Kardassians and the Jacksons. Same thing for Charlie Sheen, he kicked his show in the ass and now it's struggling to survive, his big head led him te he had them by the short and currlies. Phooey on entertainers!!!!!!!!!

IT AMAZES ME THAT THERE IS SO MANY "DUMB AS DIRT" PEOPLE WALKING AROUND BLAMING OTHERS FOR THEIR STUPIDITY!!!!

TAKE OWNERSHIP WHEN YOU DO WRONG!!!

JUDGE PASTOR WAS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT IN SENTENCING THE "QUACK"!!!

I WAS THE ONLY ONE ALONG WITH JUDGE PASTOR THAT WONDER OUT LOUD WHY CONRAD MURRAY RECORDED MJ BEING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF SOME UNKNOWN SUBSTANCE!!!!

THAT WAS TOTALLY, TOTALLY WRONG!!!!

He should have only been given the max if he had priors. This was it 1st offense period. It's just unfortunate that it caused death.

I think the judge is right. Murray would have used that voicemail of MJ to make money or blackmail him.

Regarding the poll TMZ just mentioned with the 50/50 response regarding did he deserve the "Maximum" sentence:

It could very well be that many people who said "No" thought he deserved more than the maximum sentence.

In other words, it wasn't a very well defined question.

I think the $100M restitution the prosecution is asking for is simply another way to make Murray pay. Clearly, he doesn't have the money. They know he's only going to get the minimum amount of jail time, they couldn't go for first-degree. So the restitution is just another way to make him pay for what he did.

I am tired of the pity party that he has kids and is broke. It doesnt factor in for the average person. Also, the wa wa about he is broke? He has been living way better than the majority of people are in the last few years. I feel no pity for him at all!
