Conrad Murray's own attorney admits it -- doing the Michael Jackson documentary was "probably a mistake." We got Michael Flanagan talking about the 4 year sentence and the documentary ... which he says Murray only did because was broke.

Also, Flanagan explains why Murray didn't say a peep in court today -- and Harvey is baffled by one move the doctor's attorneys didn't make today.

Plus, the word no defendant wants to hear from the judge ... "Yipes!"

Does he still get to be a doctor? I don't think he should have to be in jail unless he still gets to be a doctor. That's when he dangerous.

I have a question- If the jury is not to be influenced by outside sources in making a decision, and even going so far as to sequester the jury in some cases, shouldn't the judge not be influenced by outside sources? Not that I disagree with the descion but its obvious he was influenced by outside sources with directly quoting the do***entary.

He probably should be have his medical license revoked. I wonder if he's capable of practicing medicine responsibly? Of course, lots of doctors contribute to the deaths of their patients but because no one famous is involved, they keep right on practicing. I know that doctors also cover up each other's incompetence routinely, as do police, politicians, lawyers, teachers, etc. The abuses by so-called professionals are generally glossed over and the higher the authority, the less likely that they will be stopped or face any serious consequences.

don't get me wrong murray was guilty as sin and deserves every thing he's getting - but holy crap these have to be the worst lawyers ever! if chernoff hadn't let the police interview murray, he never could have been charged, and if these atty's hadn't let him do that horrible do***entary, murray prolly would have got probation - i think murray really has an appeal for incompetent representation, not that he will have any $$$ to do that, unless he sues chernoff and fla****n for malpractice - i am still speechless over fla****n's idiotic answers to this interview

I can think of one good reason for Dr. Murray to record MJ in that drugged state. In an intervention that would be powerful in aiding loved ones to convince MJ to get off the drugs

So Murray exercised his right to take the 5th and not speak in court. The judge watches Murray's do***entary and uses what is said in that do***entary to sentence Murray. There seems to be something wrong there. Like maybe Murray's constitutional right to remain silent in court was trampled on. Therefore the do***entary should have in no way been used by the court to determine the sentence.

Well, well, although Murray isn't the only guilty party involved here, he is certainly the "Dumbest" of the dummy's. Education does not necessarily make a "smart" man. If only he had spent a few extra $$$ and rented/purchased the proper monitoring equipment this entire event might never have taken place or at least on "someone else's watch". That's the sign of a "GREEDY DUMMY". Such a shame that a talent like that has to have such a "fatal flaw". Unfortunately, he'll be out in < 2 years speading his seed and probably practicing medicine in some 3rd. World Country.
A note to Ms. Nicole Alvarez: "It's time to get a "REAL JOB", the gravy train has dried up".
