Halle Berry has just arrived at court, where she'll ask a judge for an order prohibiting her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, from having ANY contact with 3-year-old Nahla until the child endangerment investigation against him is resolved.
As TMZ first reported, the LAPD is conducting a criminal battery and child endangerment investigation after Gabriel allegedly pushed the nanny with Nahla in her arms. And before the alleged pushing, the nanny says Gabriel screamed at her and hurled a racial epithet. In addition, we've learned the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services is also conducting a child endangerment investigation.
TMZ has learned more about what nanny Alliance Kamdem has told the cops. Law enforcement sources tell us ... Kamdem claims Gabriel repeatedly yelled and cursed at her, often while Nahla was present. Kamdem also says it got so bad ... Gabriel would make her sit in a corner in his condo until he called for her.
Kamdem also claims Gabriel often yelled at Nahla, causing the child to cower and cry. And she told police ... when Nahla had a rash he refused to treat it.
Kamdem quit last week after Gabriel allegedly shoved her.
Gabriel's rep tells TMZ, "Anyone can file a police report at any time, regardless of it being accurate."
As for Halle's court appearance later this AM ... we'll be there.

What idiotic dink-wad would cower and march herself over to the corner after being yelled at by a hollywood no-brainer? She could have left long ago but chose to treated as such, if it's true. Why didn't she come forward when it first started happening? Now that she has been found to be an incompetent nanny she has a complaint. Gabriel should have dumped her once he realized that she is a f*cking racist. If I were him, I would let this thing go but it's easier said than done because he actually wants to be a part of Nahla's life. Time he realized that he was a carefully chosen sperm donor and move on. Find a good woman to date and let it go. Halle will teach her daughter to hate him anyway (look at the child's face=attitude in the above picture). The only person who will suffer from this will be Nahla.
Halle Berry's behaviour towards her child's father leads me to believe that she chose this remarkably handsome white man to intentionally create a beautiful child and then when he didn't suit her anymore she wants him out of the picture completely. In every photo that I see of Gabriel and his daughter they look like they love each other and the child looks happy and comfortable. I hope Gabriel has the money to fight Halle for his child.
After reading the last blog on this issue and now this new one, I'm going to get ahead of the situation and assume many of the other posters here posting from prison and/or mental facilities or maybe there is a Rage Against Women Anonymous group posting, that always makes Gabriel Aubry’s behavior Halle’s fault, while trashing her for protecting their child, as Gabriel is out of the control. What is the matter with you people? You hate Stacey Anthony for not caring about her child, yet you hate Halle Berry because she’s doing everything to protect her child. You people are never satisfied. Halle, may God be with you and your daughter, good luck in court.
I don't believe everything I read, but TMZ looks to be exposing Gabriel Aubry true colors. If any of allegations are true than he need to be held accountable for his actions, and please do not blame Halle Berry for Gabriel short commings. Brigde, even *if* the allegations are true then Halle still has a big problem since she repeatedly seems to pick men who treat her like dirt. She's what? 46? and she's (allegedly) never had a relationship with a man who wasn't some raging, racist, alcoholic violent psychopath. At some point she really needs to start looking at herself.

When they were together she was praising him as father, now, once she has a new man, suddenly she tries to draw this picture of Gabriel being violent, aggressive and keeps him away from his OWN child.
