Brian Austin Green, Megan Fox

Sued For Alleged Brutality

On the Beach

3/26/2012 5:30 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0326_brian_fox_launch_EX_v2Brian Austin Green is being sued by a celebrity photographer who claims he was brutally beaten by the actor as his wife, Megan Fox, egged him on.

Delbert Shaw claims in a lawsuit that will be filed this morning in L.A. County Superior Court ... he was taking pics of the smoking hot couple last December on the beach in front of the Four Seasons Resort in Hualalai, Hawaii ... when Brian and Megan allegedly made verbal threats against Shaw.

According to the suit, it escalated when Megan yelled to her hubby, "Are you going to let him get away with that?"

Shaw alleges Brian defended Megan's honor by hauling off and pummeling him, causing severe injuries. To add insult to injury, Shaw claims Brian threw his iPhone into the deep blue sea.

Shaw says Megan was egging Brian on during the entire incident.

He's suing for unspecified damages and is represented by attorney Sark Ohanian at the law firm of Carpenter, Zuckerman & Rowley, LLP in Beverly Hills.

Calls to reps for Fox and Green were not returned.

Isn't there a law regarding the papparazzi and celebs? Just because someone is a celebrity doesn't mean they should be subjected to harassment and invasions of privacy. Would some random man be allowed to follow anyone other than a celebrity everywhere, even public places, snapping pictures? I guess as long as magazines and blogs pay for the pictures and we click on the stories this will happen. One of these days someone is really going to get hurt. I just don't think celebrities ( the ones who dont call the paps themselves) should have to deal with an unwanted camera in the face every time they leave their homes

There should be allowed that this is 100% legal. SPying/stalking taking compromising or mischevious pictures and selling other people's images without their consent should be absolutely illegal. The dude deserved it. Don't enjoy having the #1 @sshole job... get a different job or expect fair beatings.

It is an invasion of privacy to have strangers come and photogrpah you semi-nude on the beach. I doubt that the photographer just stood there innocently either. He must have said a few things back to get them so riled up. Maybe he called Megan a whore or something, and that is why she told her boyfriend to go after him.

Remember when Britney used to just give them the finger? That is another option or give them a dirty look or hide your face or something. Sometimes even noncelebs end up in stranger's pictures when they don't want to, but you can either just slough it off or try to wreck the picture somehow by making it look bad.

It seems like they are trying to make these two go to prison for this like they are trying to do to Russell Brand. I think if you are invading a strangers privacy and refuse to stop, they have a right to somehow defend themselves.

Some stars like being in pictures so go bother them. Don't bother a couple alone on a beach or a man just dumped by his wife.

It's clear in the pics: that poor papp had a fall on the beach and BAG kindly helped him to his feet. Shame that the Good Samaritan is now the victim.
