This picture shows that Germaine is trying yet again to mooch money from Janet. This is not the first time and she's had it. That's why they're scrapping.

She's the bigger bread winner now and the unemployed bottom feeder brothers and their offsprings just naturally gravitate towards the money. Hell, they can't get it from the estate. They are probably bleeding the mother dry, so now they're going after Janet.

Janet probably isn't touring either for fear of having to have her parasite brothers getting on her nerves to be included in any tour AND at having to put up with their incessant scrounging.

I think she then decided to have a meeting with her siblings and have her mothers affairs (testament etc etc ) put in order. Now the infighting has begun and they are all trying to get Katherine's share of the money.
