Ryan Lochte hauling ass in his car = INSTANT SPEEDING TICKET.

The swimming champ was pulled over by cops in Gainesville, FL recently -- near where his parents live -- after officers say he was going 49 in a 40.

According to court records, Lochte was issued a $119 ticket ... which he can probably afford. If not, he can always sell his diamond-encrusted grill.

Moral of the story ... Florida cops are strict.

Every time Camacho goes to PR he gets himself into some kind of trouble. The fact is that the famed boxer may have been famous in PR, but he wasn't liked or accepted there. Of course if you go spending your money and giving it away you'll have some friends, but no one really cares about you. I think Mr. Camacho did like to visit PR, but that's about as far as the love went.

Ryan Lochte has recently received a speeding ticket in Gainesville, FL for going 49 miles per hour in a posted 40 mile per hour zone. The TMZ article indicates that this would be a $119.00 ticket. If this had occurred in Virginia, it would likely be a $115.00 ticket. Typically in Virginia the fine for a speeding ticket is determined by multiplying 6 by the number of miles per hour over the posted speed limit. In addition to the fine there will be court costs which is most often $61 but can vary depending on the court. Therefore, the fine would be $54 and court costs $61 which leads to a total of $115. However, it is often possible to have the speeding charge reduced or dismissed which can reduce or eliminate the number of points that will go on your driving record and the possibility of your insurance rates increasing. Before paying a speeding ticket it is important to contact an experienced attorney who can advise you on the best way to proceed with your particular case.
