Miguel

Producers NEVER Warned

Me About Crowd Jump

6/5/2013 1:00 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

TMZ has learned Miguel practiced his flying leap TWICE during rehearsals for the Billboard Music Awards -- but the singer tells us ... producers never warned him to cut the maneuver out of his act.

Sources connected to the production tell us the BMA's executive producer Don Mischer personally spoke to Miguel after rehearsals and told him not to attempt the leap.

But Miguel's rep is strongly denying that ... telling TMZ, "The reports claiming that Miguel was warned by producers not to jump are completely false."

In fact, a source close to Miguel added that producers actually asked him if he was going to attempt the jump to make sure their cameras didn't miss it during the show.

As TMZ first reported ... Khyati Shah, one of the 2 women Miguel landed on, now claims she's experiencing symptoms related to neurological damage, and is considering a lawsuit.

Miguel's rep says, "A number of attempts were made to reach Khyati and her lawyer after the performance to see how she was doing and whether any assistance could be offered."

It's going to b difficult to assess any neurological damage to the girl due to Miguel landing on her. After all ,she made a conscious decision to attend the Billboard Music Awards, which means she had brain damage already.

It's pretty hard to attribute any possible neurological disorders due to Miguel landing on her. After all the girl did decide to go to the Billboard music awards. She's obviously not too bright to begin with.

The second victim should join with the first. Hire more lawyers, and go after both parties since none are taking responsibility.

Sounds like neither side wants to be sued. But Miguel is the one who did it so if anyone should be responsible he should be. It was a dumb idea.

I must say the camera did catch the jump at the perfect angle. But Miquel also said in an earlier interview that he didn't plan the jump. He said he was caught up in the moment.

Now I know he is lying. Why would the producer tell the talent to tell the camera man not to miss the shot. Ridiculous!

Common sense would have told you not to do it. So know let me blame everyone for my own actions.

Common sense should have told him that it was a stupid thing to do. But I guess people as dumb as he is don't have any common sense.
