Michael Jackson Accuser

I Can Help Victims

Of Child Sex Abuse

7/27/2013 12:30 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Wade Robson
-- the choreographer who claims Michael Jackson molested him -- is launching his own foundation to help child sex abuse victims through new age healing ... TMZ has learned.

Robson founded a non-profit organization called "Hearts in Our Hands" on July 1 -- registering a domain name and a Facebook page.

A rep for Robson tells us all the required legal docs haven't been filed yet -- but the group will be dedicated to preventing abuse ... and will take a holistic approach to treating victims.

Translation: a whole lotta meditation and yoga.

A source close to Wade says the choreographer's gotten deep into yoga himself lately -- and now wants to quit professional dancing forever.

As TMZ previously reported ... Wade is suing MJ's Estate, claiming he was sexually molested by Jackson from the age of 7 to 14.

The Jackson Estate and several family members have dismissed Wade's claims as little more than a money grab.

FBI Arrests 300 in Child Prostitution Sting

June 25, 2008
A nationwide sweep recently took down child prostitution rings in 16 U.S. cities, netted 300 suspects and rescued 21 children, FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III announced Wednesday.

FBI Operation Cross Country took place between June 18-22, in Boston, Washington, D.C., Montgomery County, Md., Atlanta, Toledo, Detroit, Miami, Tampa, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Reno, Oakland and Sacramento.

Federal agents worked with local and state police on the cases, resulting mostly in local charges. The FBI hopes some of the girls and women who were arrested in the sweeps will provide more information to go after key organizers and pimps.

The FBI, in conjunction with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), announced the operation's results to mark the five-year anniversary of the Innocence Lost program, which has targeted domestic trafficking in child prostitution.

Mueller said the Innocence Lost program has led to the recovery of 433 child victims who have been trapped into a life of prostitution. Additionally, investigations have yielded 308 convictions and the confiscation of assets in excess of $3 million.

Despite the program's apparent successes, Mueller warned that the bureau sees an increasing use of the Internet in the crimes. "What is different as we stand here today, is that we are faced with the increasing use of social network sites and other advances in technology, to carry out these crimes and facilitate these criminal enterprises," he said.

Ernie Allen, NCMEC president and CEO said, "This is a problem on Main Street, USA. ... This is an under-recognized and under-reported crime." He cited a University of Pennsylvania study, which estimated as many as 300,000 children in the United States are at risk for exploitation around the country.

"These kids are victims. They lack the ability to walk away. This is 21st-century slavery," Allen said.

Mueller also was asked about Wednesday's Supreme Court decision that struck down the death penalty as a punishment for child rapists. Six states currently have laws allowing the death penalty in those cases.

Mueller said he had not reviewed the Court's opinion at the time of the press conference, but noted that federal penalties can be "rather severe," including life in prison.

The FBI should really take it serious when some one paid $25millions hush money in cover up of his crime against innocent children, hiring s***bag lawyers to get him off of such accusation.

The FBI should revisit MJ's case and make it known that they would not allow Pedophiles walk free no matter how rich!!!

Operation Cross Country
Recovering Victims of Child Sex Trafficking

Operation Cross Country—a three-day nationwide enforcement action focusing on underage victims of prostitution—has concluded with the recovery of 105 sexually exploited children and the arrests of 150 pimps and other individuals.

The sweep took place in 76 cities and was carried out by the FBI in partnership with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as part of the Bureau’s Innocence Lost National Initiative. It is the seventh and largest such enforcement action to date.

Strong Partnerships

Operation Cross Country is part of the Innocence Lost National Initiative that was created in 2003 by the FBI in partnership with the Department of Justice and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), to address the growing problem of domestic child sex trafficking in the United States.

The program brings state and federal law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, and social service providers from around the country to NCMEC, where the groups are trained together.

“Operation Cross Country demonstrates just how many of America’s children are being sold for sex every day, many on the Internet,” said John Ryan, NCMEC CEO. “We are honored and proud to partner with the FBI, which has taken the lead in tackling this escalating problem.”

“Child prostitution remains a persistent threat to children across America,” said Ron Hosko, assistant director of the FBI’s Criminal Investigative Division. “This operation serves as a reminder that these abhorrent crimes can happen anywhere and that the FBI remains committed to stopping this cycle of victimization and holding the criminals who profit from this exploitation accountable.”

Since its creation in 2003, the Innocence Lost National Initiative has resulted in the identification and recovery of more than 2,700 children who have been sexually exploited. Behind those numbers are the stories of real victims.

Alex was one such victim. At age 15, faced with a difficult family situation at home, she decided to leave and stay with a girlfriend and then an aunt. When that didn’t work out, she found herself on the street—with an abusive boyfriend who wanted to pimp her out.

“You learn quickly that the only people who are really willing to feed you, clothe you, and shelter you are your parents,” she said. “So I had to figure something out.” (See video.)

Alex was trafficked as a teenager and turned to the FBI for help. Transcript | Download

Alex was 16 years old and desperate. She turned to prostitution and later fell under the influence of a pimp and her family. “At first it was terrifying, and then you just kind of become numb to it,” she said. “You put on a whole different attitude—like a different person. It wasn’t me. I know that. Nothing about it was me.”

Two years later, Alex bravely contacted the FBI, and her cooperation helped us send two pimps to prison and facilitate the recovery of other underage victims. Today, with support from the Bureau’s Office for Victim Assistance, Alex is turning her life around. She earned her high school diploma, is living on her own, and has plans to attend college. She wants to become an advocate for young victims of sexual exploitation.

“What happened to me happened, and I can’t change it,” she said. “I can only change my future.”

Special Agent Kurt Ormberg, who helped recover Alex and put her pimp behind bars, explained that children who are most susceptible to sexual exploitation have a void in their lives. “That void might be related to family, food, or shelter, but it’s a void that needs to be filled, and pimps fill it.” And after they nurture their victims, he said, they sexually exploit them. “Too often,” Ormberg added, “these young victims don’t think they have anywhere else to turn.”

“I was very lucky to be able to walk away,” Alex said. “I never got hurt, so I’m really, really lucky. I’m one of the few that can say that.” Without the help of the FBI, she added, “I probably would have ended up dead.”

Forty-seven FBI divisions took part in Operation Cross Country VII, along with more than 3,900 local, state, and federal law enforcement officers and agents representing 230 separate agencies.

A warning to all rabid pedo lovers, now let's see who is free from these arrests and can post a comment! Not mimi or HN, I hope!!!!

Jimmy Savile sexual abuse scandal
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Savile in July 2006, attending the Highland games in Lochaber
In September and October 2012, almost a year after his death, allegations that the English DJ and BBC television presenter Jimmy Savile (1926–2011) had sexually abused under-age adolescent and prepubescent girls and boys, and adults, became widely publicised. By 11 October 2012 allegations had been made to 13 British police forces,[1] and led to the setting-up of inquiries into practices at the BBC and within the National Health Service.
On 19 October the Metropolitan Police Service launched a formal criminal investigation, Operation Yewtree, into historic allegations of child sexual abuse by Savile and other people, some of whom were still living, over four decades. They stated that they were pursuing over 400 separate lines of inquiry, based on the claims of 200 witnesses, via 14 police forces across the UK. They described the alleged abuse as being "on an unprecedented scale", and the number of potential victims as "staggering".[2][3] By 19 December, eight people had been questioned as part of the investigation. The Metropolitan Police stated that the total number of alleged victims was 589, of whom 450 alleged abuse by Savile.[4][5]
The report of the investigations undertaken jointly by the police and the NSPCC, Giving Victims a Voice, was published on 11 January 2013. It reported allegations covering a period of fifty years, including 214 alleged acts by Savile which, though uncorroborated, have been formally recorded as crimes, some involving children as young as eight. The report states "within the recorded crimes there are 126 indecent acts and 34 rape / penetration offences."[6] Alleged offences took place at 13 hospitals as well as on BBC premises, according to the report.[7][8]
Much of Savile's career involved working with children and young people, including visiting schools and hospital wards. He spent 20 years presenting Top of the Pops before a teenage audience, and another 20 years presenting Jim'll Fix It, in which he helped the wishes of viewers, mainly children, come true. During his lifetime, two police investigations had looked into reports about Savile, the earliest known being in 1958, but none had led to charges; the reports had each concluded that there was insufficient evidence for any charges to be brought related to sexual offences.[9][10][11] In October 2012 it was announced that the Director of Public Prosecutions, Keir Starmer, would investigate why proceedings against Savile in 2009 were dropped

The FBI should reopen MJ's case and give his victims a voice. NO more RIP for the pedo king!!!

MJ's Children were only part of his exotic collection of animals for Neverland. MJ never thought they would think and feel on their own. He just thought he would just put them to sleep if they didn't fit in the movies of a wonderland amusement park.

Ironically, he was put to sleep, by his own order!

The claim that Michael Jackson's ghost declared his own death an accident was actually heard in an eerie courtroom testimony — and the judge inexplicably let it stand.

Lionel Richie's ex-wife Brenda supposedly claimed that the King of Pop's spirit visited her to clear up that Jacko unintentionally took his own life, absolving the doctor — and the company who hired him — from blame for pumping Jackson full of deadly anesthetics.

"She said Michael told her it wasn't Dr. Murray's fault — that he had accidentally killed himself," AEG Live CEO Randy Phillips told jurors at Los Angeles County Superior Court Friday.

The judge let testimony about the ghost of Michael Jackson stand.

Judge Yvette Palazuelos did not dismiss the outrageous claim even as many in attendance laughed aloud at the evidence from beyond the grave, according to The Sun.

The Jackson family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against AEG Live, the concert promoter behind Jackson's doomed comeback tour. They claim the organization negligently hired and supervised physician Conrad Murray as he resorted to dangerous tactics to give the sleepless star some shut-eye.

Murray has been in jail since Jackson's fatal overdose from an ungodly injection of sedatives in 2009, reported The Sun.

In life, Jackson was friends with the Richies and godfather to their adopted daughter. Phillips once managed Lionel Richie and still stays in touch with Brenda.

"Brenda called me to tell me that she was in communications with Michael, either through a medium or directly," Phillips said.

The Jackson family's attorney objected to the unusual statement, dismissing it as triple hearsay: Phillips spoke to Brenda, who likely spoke to a mystic, who claims she can communicate with Jackson. Even if nothing supernatural was involved, that is quite a game of telephone.

Now, why wasn't this reported by the media, like TMZ, things make you go.............UMMMMMM!!!!

Maybe MJ was right, don't believe the Media!

Fanatics claim they care about children as MJ did.
They convince themselves that MJ picked the "wrong doc" to inject Propofol to "keep him sleeping for real". LOL More like sleeping forever.

There were supposed to be oxygen tanks usually used for dying cancer victims.
There were supposed to be a huge salary for Murray to use hospital equipment & CPR, nurses, more Demerol & more Restylane rubber fillers in his mutilated face. Yeah, Jacko would've been fine, like he told TMZ on June 21, 2009.

Everything was uncriminal, child-protective in the Jacko house.
Magical & healthy like when his kids found him unconscious on the floor alone in 2001, a year after he had yet another botched nose surgery.

Jacko had no clue. Poor Jacko was "Thriller". He did nothing selfish & arrogant.
He was just a naive abused 50 year old boy.

Yeah, he's launching a foundation so he can make money from it. A lot of these so-called "foundations" are for selfish monetary gain. That's why you never know where your money goes.
