-- 2 Chainz has just been released from jail, and flipped everyone off in the process. Being the businessman he is, he also told everyone to buy his album.

-- 2 Chainz just tweeted, "This sh*t will make u go crazy, our bus gets pulled 1 a week and they always say I smell weed I need to search ur bus. Sh* gets tiring"

12:30 PM
PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us, drugs WERE found on the bus ... but they wouldn't specify which, or how much.

gray-bar-update
Rapper 2 Chainz was on board the tour bus involved in a police standoff in Oklahoma last night ... and he's already been arrested in connection with the incident.

TMZ broke the story ... 2 Chainz' tour bus was pulled over in OKC around midnight after police noticed its taillights were out. When they approached the vehicle, cops say they noticed signs of drug use and attempted to board the bus.

0822_2chainz_in_cuffsBut the bus driver locked the police out, insisting they obtain a warrant first.

Police did just that and eventually entered the bus hours later, where they arrested 11 passengers for "interfering with the police process," including 2 Chainz.

It's unclear if they face additional charges.

You should let them in instead of f***ing with them! Would've gone down a lot better for everyone involved.

If the law says they need a warrant, that you can deny entry without a warrant, how is they can then go get a warrant, enter and then charge everyone for interfering with the police process?? .. sounds like the law requiring a warrant was the only thing interfering with the police process.

how can you get charged with interfering with police process for simply making them do their jobs and get a warrant? smfh police expect you to just hand yourself over to them and when you don't they get pissed off...do your job you lazy bums and stop taking it personally...you wouldnt hand yourself over like that if the roles were reversed

Just think of all those lives that the those cops saved. Thank goodness they arrested those people doing drug in private, while having a professional driver chauffeur them around. This could have been such a terrible tragedy! Is everyone in Oklahoma retarded?!

Good for him I wouldnt have let them in either without warrant. Great to see people use their rights. Thats bullsh1t to be charged for using your rights, wont matter a good lawyer will get that thrown out.

It'd be funny as hell if no drugs were found & the cops wasted all their time!!! Hope they did a good job getting rid of it.

The reason why they were charged with interfering is because the police may not have needed the search warrant. Under the automobile exception, the police can search your car WITHOUT a search warrant, as long as they have probable cause. Assuming they had that cause here, locking doors and requiring them to go get a search warrant was a stupid idea.

I really hope they come up with some drug charges. If not the whole search was BS.

OK 1. the cops had the right to search the bus on probable cause. if the officer smelled weed or saw drugs or drug paraphernalia laying out in the open that's all they needed right there to search the bus.2.it was a bus full of rappers and their crews like there weren't drugs on it.3. they better hope they smoked up all the evidence cause if all they did was flush it in the buses crapper the cops can still find it.and then they can charge every body for possession and tampering with evidence and lots of other things since they were in Oklahoma .
