Ex-'Housewives' Star Alex McCord

Sues Bedding Partner for $100 Mil

Pillow Fight!

3/4/2014 9:30 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Former "Real Housewives of New York" star Alex McCord claims she got screwed under the sheets ... and the woman scorned is now out for REVENGE!

McCord and her husband are suing a woman who they claim stole their business right out from under them -- a business that makes a ridiculously expensive, Egyptian cotton bed and bath line.

McCord claims she created her very successful business -- called Aluxe -- with Vivian Douek ... and
things were going swimmingly.  But then McCord claims Douek went rogue, secretly starting a competing business and ultimately stealing all the customers.

McCord says in her lawsuit Douek was so bold ... she even used the same Egyptian manufacturing company.

Short story -- McCord says she and her partners now have a business that's hanging by a thread count, claiming Aluxe has lost $100 MIL in sales this past year.

Sheet happens.

4:40 P.M. PST -- Douek's lawyer tells TMZ the lawsuit lacks merit and they plan to fight it in court.

Too bad for them, but, this is nothing new. Get used to life, lady.

Isn't this called competition? Unless an agreement was sign stating they could not open a competing business than this is just a waste of time and tax payer dollars.

Alex claims she lost $100 mil in sales!?! Didn't know the bedding business was that lucrative.

100 Mil ? B*tch please - these self absorbed ding bats and their vanity businesses are lucky to make 4 jacksons in a month. Nice try, grifter.

Get a job losers , always wannabes - work , create yourselves instead of all these cons you try and pull. 100 million in linens in a year - that girl must be a magician as well -

Your clients were not satisfied. We can all run that business because there is plenty to go around because everyone likes sheets and luxury bedrooms. Your business failed because your compition won your clients start over and beat her. It's called business and it's success is determined on your clients. You sucked! She owes you nothing but to tell you she does it better. Now what you probably have done is increase her business revenue even more by giving her more advertising. #the creepiest and weirdest housewives couple

$100 million in "lost sales" of one line of bed and bath products? Ummm... Yeah!

"Bed Bath & Beyond" with over a 1000 stores filed less than $9.5 billion in net sales for 2012. She's trying to convince a judge that she would have made more than 1% of that with one "ridiculously expensive" product line (= no mass sales to Joe Schmo, no sales to people who buy prestigious stuff because her reputation reeks of reality show crap and rich "1%" homies don' buy dat)?
