Chris Brown

I May Miss My D.C. Hearing

Con Air Sucks!

4/6/2014 5:52 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0406-chris-brown-jumpsuit-getty-01Chris Brown learned a lesson this week ... what it must have been like travelling across the country by stagecoach ... because four days into his journey he is still not in Washington D.C.

TMZ broke the story ... Brown was taken from his L.A. County jail cell Thursday by U.S. Marshals for the cross country trip.

We're told he made several stops along the way and typically when a prisoner lands he is taken to a nearby jail to wait for the next available flight.

Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos will be in a D.C. courtroom Monday trying to get his client's case dismissed on grounds of grand jury misconduct. It's unclear if Chris will make it to the hearing.

Brown will stand trial April 17th for allegedly assaulting a man outside a D.C. hotel.

A typical commercial flight from L.A. to D.C. takes 4 hours and 40 minutes.

And you get advantage miles.

the case will not be dismissed, Marks argument is how dare you use a grand jury, well guess what they can and did use a grand jury and he should pray his misdemeanor does not become another Felony.

Con-Air really does suck...why use taxpayer money to shuttle CB around the US and not make his trial?

Cmon white people. Stop hating on Chris so much. Everyone acts like they never made a mistake. Charlie Sheen, Lindsey Lohan, and even Christian Bale messed up but I never see the type of hate you give Chris to them. Racist A-H*oLes

A typical flight from DC takes that 4hr 40mins? Maybe if you are flying private. A little over 5 hrs is closer, you guys have the best fact checkers. If you can't even get this right, we should trust you on things?

Talk about building them to knock them down. Other than Anna Nicole, I cannot remember a more extreme case.

I predict he will be a law-abiding citizen for the rest of his life after this experience. If this doesn't cure him, nothing will.

Wow ...

That is hilarious! If he had been able to fly on his own, he would have been there. With that being said, I don't mind that he is concerned, serves him right to worry a bit and wonder what his future holds. Perhaps these last few weeks will leave a lasting impression to change his ways. But we all know, con air will get him there in time.

I think Mark Geragos should be brought up on charges. Pretending to be a lawyer. He sucks. Never wins his cases. Why does anyone hire that loser?
